  Suggest you to reset preferences in Lightroom and then check out.

  If you are using a windows machine, on which you open programs and features and then right-click on the application Photoshop CC 2014 and click Uninstall.

  If you use a Mac, and then open the finder window, click go and select applications, and you'll see Photoshop CC 2014 registered there request, double-click that and you

  See the uninstall for Photoshop CC 2014 program, double-click on it to launch the uninstaller.

  Fixed. I removed the Remote, reloaded app to my iPhone and then reinstated the info Apple ID and password in the app all connected immediately. The 'Remote' option is not always present under file/devices/Remote, but everything works well at this point.

• I have Vista Home Edition. Same thing after downloading the Microsoft updates.

  However, I do a restore and I get it all back. I want a fix for this, not a reference to another site. (How I wish I could still get a service representative with a name like Mike or Sally!)  I'm ready to abandon this computer and buy a new one with Windows 7 above.  Or do I really want to switch to a Mac?

  Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

  1. a System Restore to before the updates:

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

  If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

  If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

  Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

  System restore steps according to the info above.
