I just tried to reactivate Adobe Muse and received no confirmation.

Just tried to reactivate Adobe Muse. I update my information and credit card and then saved. At that point, he says that by clicking on save you have reactivated the product. I had to wait an hour and have still no confirmation email and the software has not been activated. Not only that, but I went back thinking I've done something wrong and did it again.     I'm having a terrible time using the files. Trying to understand this so much time. During the day I work on my website in adobe muse and save on creative cloud on my MacBook pro, in the night, I use a PC at home, I open the Clloud Creative files and all images etc. have warnings of re - link everything. Next day on PC I do same and same thing. I have files of site (all properties) stored on a hard drive of removebale, on Mac and PC and CC.  Please help me with a surefire way to get it, I think it's the problem of the root or folder? I tried saving funds of all files on both platforms as well and the same thing. I just works perfectly on my PC and Mac site. Finally, CC stores only assets only? Cause I re-paired everything creative cloud too and everything went wrong on the other computer. I thought that the CC would not spoil the files between platforms.  IM confuzzled BaAaAd Yes

    Hi Backlot,

    You will be able to use and edit your Muse file, even if you don't re - not link assets.

    It's just that you won't be able to change these assets, so you can redo the link assets whenever you need to make changes to the active files.

    Every time you switch machines, please save the latest version of your Muse file on a local disk and then use it. Using a .muse file saved on a cloud, or removable hard drive can cause problems.

    Also, I suggest you save a copy of all the files of components in a single folder (a local location, not the cloud or the removable hard drive); so, when Muse invite you to re - link assets, you can add a link to one of these files, and Muse will look in that folder for all your other missing links.

    Did someone come up with a solution to the ongoing problem between Forms Adobe Muse and GoDaddy hosting? I just spent an hour with GoDaddy and they said everything on their end was working. It was a script problem. I can't get all the answers from Adobe or GoDaddy.

    I posted this on another thread.  I hope that your issue has been resolved now and that you will not need to read this.  Whatever it is, it was my simple solution.

    There is an easy solution if you use hosting of GoDaddy and you use a hosted non-GoDaddy email address to receive forms.  Just a warning, this only works if you use GoDaddy Web hosting and forms of the Muse.  This isn't a problem with Muse for as long as it is a setting that needs to be adjusted on all that the host you are using.

    1. Place the shape in the Muse. Make sure to add the correct settings, that is, the e-mail address that will receive the forms.
    2. Next step is to navigate to your cPanel on GoDaddy.  This is where you manage your web hosting.
    3. On the main page of cPanel, scroll up to where it says ": Email".
    4. Click on "MX", which is located just below the 'accounts '.  This is the mail server setting.  By default, GoDaddy assume you are using a GoDaddy mail account.
    5. Make sure "Remote mail server" is checked on and that "Local mail server" is turned off.
    6. Your form should now be functional.

    The problem with the forms of the Muse and GoDaddy is that GoDaddy assumes that you will welcome your emails via GoDaddy.  If you have configured an e-mail address for your shape in the Muse that isn't an e-mail address hosted GoDaddy, GoDaddy and then do not accept by default. You must give permission to GoDaddy to send a form to what GoDaddy considers that an email "at a distance".

    I hope this works for anyone who has struggled with form when using of Muse forms that are hosted on GoDaddy servers.

    This isn't a problem with MSE.  You deal with Facebook on this (as hard as I know what to do).

    There is an excellent chance that what has happened to your account either interfered with your game or was not completely fixed or there is something else wrong with your account or maybe the game.  Your best bet is to start here: http://www.facebook.com/mahjongtrails#! /help/? section = applications_and_websites and see if you can get help any with the game or the other answers predefined or by searching.  Then, would be to try general help: http://www.facebook.com/help/?topic=applications_and_websites#! /help/? tab = discussion where you can post questions about your problem.  If possible, I try to uninstall and reinstall the game (even if it make you lose your points or your rankings) - or you can ask for help from their first that they are able to help.  Or open a new facebook account in the meantime and see if you can download and play the game on this account.  So not only will you be able to play, but you will know for sure, this isn't a problem with your computer, the game, your browser or malicious software.  You can pretty well and nail down to a problem with the other account or installing the game on this account.

    It is almost certainly a problem with Facebook and not your computer, malicious software or your browser.  You need to deal with them on this subject.  If you have the best technical support coordinated because of your recent problems, by all means to re-open the case, or get help that direct contact is all but impossible here trying.

    I'm sorry, we can not help you more, but it's really a matter of Facebook and you need to deal with them to resolve the issue.

    Update of the muse do not delete (.muse) Web site files, I guess somehow open recent list does not appear.

    I'm sure if you go to the place where your files are saved, you will be able to find them. In case you don't remember not the location and then search for the file with the extension .muse, search in windows Explorer (for windows) or the Finder, Spot (for MAC)

    Double click on the file will open in Muse.

    If you say 'no' to recovery, all changes made since the last Save will be lost.

    The error appearing on the launch, during recovery, says something so bad when you are already working with Muse and rather than saving a problem in your Muse .muse file set up an error message and stop.

    If you do not already revived and selected 'no' to recovery, we are able to recover manually you are unsaved work and fix the problem in the unsaved changes that is causing the error.
