  I bought Adobe CS 6 Design and Web Premium in 2012. A year ago, I bought a new computer and tried to install it but I couldn't find my serial number and my products were not appearing in my adobe account, I was unable to install so I returned the computer.  A year later, I desperately need a new computer and I tracked what I believe to be my serial number.  When I enter my account to register, it says that it has already been saved.  I don't have any other email address that maybe I could use, and I don't understand what is happening.  Before you buy a new computer, I want to make sure it is the correct serial number and everything goes to install fine.  Is it possible for adobe to find this serial number and tell me if it's registered for me, and why it may be not appearing in my account?
