  You can install Palm desktop 4.1.4 on Vista. It does not it's compatible, but a lot of people have used and reported no problems.

  The standard Flash Player is a browser add-on and not a standalone player.  So what in fact opens when you open a SWF file at home?  Flash Player projector?

  If so, you must also download in your school, to http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html, then make the file association.

  HI - in Windows Explorer, I am trying to choose a program to open a file with.  I right click then select "Open with", then select the program .exe file.  However, when I click Open, the program I selected does not appear in the list of "other programs."  In addition, once I get it appears in the 'Other programs' list, the program will automatically display when I right click and select 'open with '?  It does on my other computer.  I try to open a picture in Photoshop Elements (as a shortcut) and would like the program appears when I right-click as well as show as an option for a program to open the jpeg format with Windows Photo Viewer (as it does on my other computer).  Thanks for the help!

Now when I double-click a JPEG, Photoshop CC will launch instead of 2014 CC Photoshop. I noticed that the executable files for all versions of Photoshop are "Photoshop.exe" (no wonder that windows merges). If I changed the name of the executable file for Photoshop CC 2014 to something like "Photoshop2014.exe" then Windows will allow me to choose the program as my "default program" to open a JPEG file, however it is therefore impossible for me to open the files in Lightroom. Lightroom to Photoshop CC will default.

  I changed the name of the executable file for Photoshop CC 2014 to "Photoshop.exe" and renamed all the executable files for my older versions of Photoshop. It still does not work.

  Should I make certain types of changes in the registry?

  Simply change the directory to the correct EXE for cc 2014 and you should be good.
