I'm stuck in the Chinese language. How to get back to English

I have the Chinese language.  How to switch to English?

The assumption is that you are in version Adobe Reader MUI of XI.

1. edit > Preferences > language

2. in unrolling Application Language select English

3. in the Preferences window, click OK.

4. close Adobe Reader

5. start Adobe Reader

You should now be in English.
