I download, I click Run and there is just a small black screen that says on the top of the page install adobe flash player but nothing happens after that.   When trying to download an update for Flash Player for Linux 11.2, I saw the note saying that there was no new development, but backfixes of security would continue to be released. I've seen the warnings of security for months on my Linux install in Firefox (which is updated), but it doesn't seem to be a security patch that would prevent these warnings "allow - continue blocking" for Flash Player.

  When can we expect these to be filled? Linux users can not form an important part of your user base, but the alternatives are extremely expensive hardware and/or software if you want to use an Apple or Microsoft product.

  What is the full version of Flash Player?  The latest version of Linux is 11.2.202.442.  If you go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about there is a widget on the page that will display the installed version.
