  Describe the best you can, your hard disk configuration...  IDE, SATA, SCSI, RAID configurations...

  Windows 7 is a pretty old OS compared with Windows 10. In each version of Windows, Microsoft adds device drivers for various devices, as provided by the manufacturers, called the OEM. Windows 7 has some Bluetooth drivers and the generic drivers. Therefore, the device is getting detected as Bluetooth, but all features may not be used.
