I need my Photoshop installed on my drive d: but this one installed on the C: drive how I can move it or is it possible to just uninstall then download and re - install?

How can I move my Photoshop app on a new drive?

I found a partial solution. I advanced and installed the creative cloud on the desktop (this red and white icon). Then I opened that upward. In the upper right corner, there is a little thing that looks like a gear. If you click on it and select 'Preferences' from the menu drop-down, it is a place to specify the location of the applications. It would be better if there was a way to install the Creative Drive C cloud also. Perhaps in the future Adobe that they will restore the ability to choose install drive.
