  There is no option to add captioning for all training Interactions.

  If the 508 compliance is critical to your project, use not of training Interactions.

  Similarly, there is no option to add captioning for Smart Objects in exactly the same way you do for the slides.  However, you can include text in the smart form that corresponds to the audio in the Appendix, or you may want to include the text in the Description field in the accessibility so that it is read by screen readers.

  However, I suggest that rather than trying to make your e-learning multimedia, 508 compliant you get your client to agree to provide a version of fully accessible document by the web of your course to disabled learners rather.  This way you can meet their needs to have something totally compatible with screen readers without compromising the creative possibilities of e-learning for other non-disabled learners.

  I am trying to use the Accordion widget that ships with Adobe Captivate 7. In the properties of the Widget, you can add audio to the description under each tab. When I go to select a narrated audio file (which has been recorded using Adobe Captivate) in the library, I get this error message indicating that I "chose the type of wrong file...» ».   While I have not seen the exact behavior you describe, audio did not for me on this gadget until I did the following steps.

  1. export the audio library. Mp3 format.

  2. starting at the widget when adding audio, choose the import option and direct to MP3.

  I tried export from the library in WAV format and actually saw the message you have described. But by following the above steps it worked for me.

  Ask about what the title of the topic. Im trying to make an Accordion widget with elements in it but sometimes when I add an element, it extends the width which I don't want. I just want to know how to lock the width so that this happens.

  This is not possible. The entire widget will always be a minimum width that is able to place all the elements, so you cannot crop or cut it. The enclosed article (s) on the scale or closer together, and the entire widget will be able to draw as well as its width. The height is slightly differently, as the accordion will collapse the content automatically area. But the same rule applies: the opening, the content area must reveal all the elements inside.

  They're just as close as the widest content in one of the panels. So to make closer the accordion, you may need to see if you can refine your content in your dashboards.

  Well, I kind of thought to it.  I have 'next' and 'back' buttons on all other slides and when I copied them to all of a sudden it does not automatically go to the next slide.  No idea why, but heck, it works.  Thanks for the comments
