I need to reformat Vaio VPC-EB33FM/BJ

Hi, I'm sure I need to reformat my laptop. I have an application error (0xc0000005) when I try to open video programs and I can not also play videos on the web. I tried to remove adobe and reinstall, but it turns out that I can not also open all downloads... it will cancel the download immediately but bad click on it to start, then it shows that it downloaded but can't open anywhere.
And I tried many restore points, but none of them will work
If anyone knows of any solution or knows how to reformat this computer it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum.

If you have run many restorations of the Windows system without success, it is perhaps time to run a restore full, however I would recommend that you run the diagnostics of material first. When the computer begins to start and finally you will see recovery options, type right on the F10 key. One of them will be hardware diagnostics - running this will check your hard drive, CPU, and RAM for all problems. If the material is very good, so you can save your data and then run a recovery from the same menu. When you have saved your personal data choose 'Restore C Drive', press 'Start' and follow the prompts from there.

  • HP pavilion HPE: Win - 10 update, ok. What should I do if I need to reformat my drive hard back to Win - 10?

I had Win - 7 on my computer. I upgraded to Win - 10.  No serious problems. I went the 30 days trial period. My question is, what do I do if and when (and yes it will happen), I need to reformat my hard drive. I want to keep the victory-10 on my computer. I have recovery disks of the Win-7 phase I did when I bought my computer several years ago. HP will offer Win - 10 recovery disc for those of us who have already upgraded. The Microsoft site, from what I've read, only allows you to download a Win-10 dvd if you have not upgraded your computer yet. Otherwise, the download can mess with the Win - 10 already installed on the computer.

    Thank you.

Click on Start (orb) > right-click computer > and then select Management.

Reboot, or power on the laptop and immediately after that the Sony Vaio logo disappears, press the F10 key several times. This brings you to the built-in recovery Partition.

You can reinstall the operating system from there.

  • Need to reformat the computer with a XP pro product key

How can I get a windows xp pro cd online because I don't have the original CD

If your computer did not come with a CD, then it is more likely is the operating system on the hard drive and all you need is the key.  Here is a link to step by step on how to do it.  http://www.ehow.com/how_6026_format-hard-drive.html You can tell if it has the sys op on your drive hard if you start, right click on my computer, click on manage, disk storage and you will see on the right, a description of your hard drive.  If there is a recovery partition don't you have XP on your hard drive.  If not, borrow a cd of windows XP to reformat and allows to record your own key

    Hello

Your Windows 7 disc question topic:

What is an OEM of Windows 7 license, or a license to retail that you have bought yourself?

If preinstalled license of Windows 7 OEM or system integrator, it is related that it is installed on the original computer.

If it is a retail license, you can transfer it to another computer.

BUT a retail sales license can be installed on a single computer at any time.

With the help of different methods to reinstall the hard drive for a clean reinstall Vista formats.

Here are the different methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

And if you do not score a manufacturer of recovery on your hard drive, you should be able to make your own recovery from her disks to reinstall the operating system.

Go to programs > name of the manufacturer of your computer > then their system or recovery tools software topics for them, depending on how it is formulated.

If you can't find any reference to it, contact the manufacturer for advice on how to make these recovery disks.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

And read this information on Windows 7, before you install it:

Go to your computer / computer laptop manufacturer Web site and see if Windows 7 drivers are available for your make and model computer / laptop.

If this is not available, Windows 7 will not properly work for you.

Run the "Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

  • The update of Windows 8 to 8.1 questions-need to reformat and reinstall.

My brother's computer is currently on Windows 8 (supplied with the new computer, he bought). If he chooses to stay on Windows 8, if he stops to receive security updates? If so, when?

Need to update Windows 8.1 to receive updates of future security? I read that if I'm on the 8.1, I have to install Windows 8.1 1 and a service battery update to receive future updates.

I also read a lot of recent problems with these updates to Windows 8. 1. (for example Windows 8.1 update 1 and Servicing Stack update).

Also is 8.1 best installed as a new installation of Windows?

I am trying to repair/reformat my computer brothers due to malicious software (I have no problem, eliminate malware) and need to know before I go forward with the process. Please let me know as soon as possible.

The recovery discs I have are the ones that I had to immediately when we opened the box on the initial start of the laptop (Toshiba)

I have a good bit of experience with IT, but am very familiar with Windows 8.

I'll have to reinstall Microsoft Office 2013 through his account of Microsoft.

    Your help is greatly appreciated!
