I need urgent assistance please.  I'm recharging my Creative Suite 6 to new PC. I have the serial number, but it says it is incorrect.  Please, please help as I am in the middle of a project.

  I bought 3 years ago Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium for students (Mac). I am located in Turkey when it is importend.

  2 days ago, I formatted my Mac. Now, I'm trying to reinstall my Creative Suite. I downloaded the program from the adobe website, because I couldn't find any DVD. But program doesn't accept my serial number, it does not.

  I'm not sure of the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium, but it is written on my registered Adobe account, so also the serial number

  One day I started the laptop normally and it starts without any problem at all, but when I restarted the laptop got stuck at the beginning seven repair screen windows, so I decided to install a new copy of windows 7 but no use even when the startup the laptop boot sequence was so so slow and yet I managed to format my computer laptop and finally managed to install a new copy of windows seven , but still first commissioning is fine, but when I restart the laptop gets stuck again on the start screen.

  So I did a test in the bios and the following results highlight of start-up:

  -The main hard drive test illustrated: hard drive failure, please replace

  -The memory test: success

  What confuses me is after this note from the laptop hard drive problem went from

  -Processor fell from 5.6 to 5.3

  -Memory went from 5.5 to 5.3

  -Primary hard drive has increased from 5.9 to 5.3

  So, I don't know where the problem is it's just with the drive hard and if I change everything will work fine?

  or that it has something to do with the motherboard?

  -J' use an original copy of windows 7 Edition family.

  Above sentence gives you the solution to your problem. You need to replace your HARD drive (HDD).

  If your laptop is under warranty then call HP they will send you a new free of charge. How to get in touch with HP? Visit this link and choose your country.
