I need XP Professional SP3 media-

I need a copy to go with all my systems I killed Windows 7 for recovery - once I use this media to restore the system, it must be activated.  Download XP Professional SP3 from the Microsoft Web site to do this?

Because XP is no longer available from MS, it is quite doubtful. But you need ask people of insurance software in this regard.

  • Windows XP Professional SP3 installation diskettes

I restore my old computer, and I need floppy disks to install Windows XP Professional SP3 to do this, because my old computer will start only from a floppy or hard drive. Can I use diskettes of Windows XP Professional SP2, or do I floppy disks for Windows XP Professional SP3. If I need Windows XP Professional SP3 diskettes, where can I get their (answer with a link if I need them). Thank you!

You realize that the diskettes 'setup' will not install any version of Windows XP, but only allow you to start the installation process which must end with an authentic Windows XP installation CD?

The disks are only for the limited, rare, cases in which you have a CD player and a Windows installation CD, but for some reason that your computer does not start on the CD.  Y at - it an update of the BIOS available that will allow your computer to boot from a CD?

As far as I KNOW, he is there no version of Service Pack 3 of these disks.  If you have an installation CD for Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3, try the SP2 game.

  • I run XP Professional, SP3 currently 32-bit mode. I can't change to 64 bit and how?

I installed a new motherboard and processor that is capable of 64-bit.  The present operating system on my hard drive is 32-bit, Windows XP Professional "SP3.  Can I change to XP Professional 64 bit and if so, how?

    JimmyD1941

Well, no, I guess you have multiple partitions like C:\ for the partition system and D:\, E:\ etc. for other things. If so, you will need to format the system partition to install. Installation is identical to the installation of 32-bit. In case you have only one partition, you will have to do the same and you will lose everything (music, pictures, documents) unless you are backing up. If you decide to upgrade to x 64 you must ensure you have x 64 drivers for ALL your hardware components since you cannot use x 32 drivers on an x 64 system. The best way is to check the manufacturer's Web site. Also, don't forget to save.

Think twice before using Windows XP 64-bit.  Very few pilots have been written for this platform and, frankly, it's not all that stable, what I read.

    (1) you can click on View (WMP12),

    (3) turn off the Album Art box, and you're done.

Before performing this operation activate windows to show hidden files:

    (1) open the computer,

    2) click on tools, located on the top toolbar.

    (3) then Folder Options.

    (4) then click on the view tab, and then look for the element that shows the hidden files, folders and drives and check this option.

This is where the cache. Find and remove.

Windows 7 Media Center has its own cache of album art, where he recorded the album art thumbnails (Windows 7-cache):

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\eHome\Art Cache
    (with the corresponding "USERNAME").

  • needing to know if Windows XP Professional SP3 with the ISO Image (single user) is a 32 bit OS

need to change my OS xp for College, I have a 32-bit laptop and ifWindows do not know XP Professional with SP3 ISO Image (single user) is a 32 bit OS

    What is the file size.

The x 86 .iso should be 589 MB (617,756,672 bytes) in size.

SHA1 hash value must be: 1C735B38931BF57FB14EBD9A9BA253CEB443D459

Download and install of SlavaSoft HashCalc
    HASH, CRC, AND HMAC CALCULATOR
    http://www.SlavaSoft.com/HashCalc/index.htm

For Windows. ISO file just place checkmarks in the boxes of SHA1 and CRC32.

In the main window of HashCalc "data format" box located in the top left corner should be set to "file".

In the 'Data' field, click on the... located at the top right and then click 'Cancel' If you get a "Insert disk" window pop up.

After clicking cancle, you should see a window 'find '. This allows you to navigate to the folder where your. ISO file is stored and click on the file.

You should now see the. ISO file that you clicked on listed in the box 'File name' located at the bottom of the "Find" window

Now click on the button 'open '. The data field should now show the path of the directory/folder and the name of the. You have selected the ISO file.

With only the SHA1 and CRC32 checkboxes are checked (do not place check marks in all the other boxes as this can slow the time it take to calculate values) click on the 'Calculate' button at the bottom of the main window of HashCalc.

It will take anywhere from 30-60 seconds for the calculation and the SHA1 and CRC32 data values to display.

These values are not case sensitive, so a lower case 'a' is the same as a capital letter "A" to the extent where results are concerned.
