I tried everything, but it did not work!

Hello everyone!
I bought the new Dell laptop about a month ago. with Windows preinstalled 8. but he has a problem and shows this blue message "your pc came across a problem and must restart, we collect only some error information, and then we'll restart for you". I went to an expert in computer and formatted my pc, but I still have the same problem. How can I solve this problem?
Help, please!

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
We prefer at least 2 DMP files to track trends and to confirm the cause.

Please follow our instructions to find and download the files, we need to help you fix your computer.
They can be found at here
