  Not because of the number of pixels, in this photo and the chosen level of quality there is no possible way to create a JPG file to the size of file you requested. You must change your export settings.

  Show us a copy of the export dialog box, so we can see clearly the part file setting and the size of the Image.

  Also indicate the number of this image (width and height) pixels after cropping (as appropriate) and prior to export.

  Please follow the steps below to reset the photoshop preferences.

  > Hold down Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  Note: Using the hotkey, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also reset to the default.

  If you are still facing the same issue, please uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers and check for the issue.

  Also, please mention what operating system are you using?

  Before the summer I bought a Huawei P9 phone, I can easily see the photos on the phone - I can't just them on my mac.  When I connect via a USB cable, it refuses my permissions.

  I try to use my Google account to view on the Mac and move the iPhoto - I can't work either! I can see them, I can't move them!

  I'm pulling my hair out and I have enough to do with! Help, please...

  You need the phone provider support - there is a problem with the way their phone works and how to use it and has nothing to do with the Photos or iPhoto - if pictures is consistent with standards of good Photos and iPhoto won't work with it

  You may need special third party software for your phone load in Photos or iPhoto

• When I right click instead of the menu, I get a picture of a Web site I visit. The same list of links sugested (sharpen by typing an address).

  Right click and I get a picture of the entire window (tabs above, the entire site). In the upper right corner of this photo (photo is inside this menu after right-clicking straight or suggestions) I have my standard menu. When I try to point sth (on the menu) it starts flashing (picture, menu, picture...). It drives me crazy. I even tried system reinstall and it happens again.

  I'm working on laptop. It is not a beast but not some junk too.

  Hello montone, maybe it's a problem with hardware acceleration - try updating your graphic driver, or in case this does not solve the problem, or there is no new version available at the time, disable hardware acceleration in firefox > options > advanced > General.

  What happens when you try?  Import window is empty in Photos for Mac, or if your iPhone is not recognized?

  If import window is empty or does not display do not all the pictures, you probably have iCloud activated on your iPhone photo library.  Then you can't import photos from your iPhone, because they are stored in iCloud and only mirrored on your device.   In this case to upload photos to your Mac using iCloud. You can download the photos from iCloud by using the Web page at www.icloud.com and the Photos.app it.

  Try to retype your backslash.

  If the first does not work, try to Ctrl + right shift together. Once again.

  I had a similar problem and one of the members here showed me this solution. It works for me.

  That's how I deduced...
  by pressing Ctrl + right shift together once will be blue or green symbols on the top of the key, such as E.

  Press Ctrl + right shift 2nd time will be turn off and back to normal typing.
