I try to log out of my old creative cloud on my Mac account but his does not work...

I recently made a creative cloud account but now I don't remember my password so I made a new, but it is coming to say email verification to my email,

but I just want to open a session in my new. Ive tried to do what people have said here by deleting the opm.db file but when I try to empty my trash it says I can't because

Creative cloud is currently in use... but this isn't? Ahhhh, someone please help ASAP

Hi Elyshia,

S ' Please uninstall Adobe Creative current cloud on your machine.

-Remove the opm.db from the following location:

Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

-Restart your machine

-Download the installation program Adobe creative cloud since the help document: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

-Install and connect you with your new code of Adobe.

Kind regards

Sheena
