  OK, so I'm not computer savvy, but I have a fair idea how to work my way around the internet, however, it left me speechless. My mother inlaw ex sent me some photos recently. I went to start/view slideshow etc, but they won't open. By questioning the terms of us and I really want to have to ask him to email them again. The photos remain just below the thumbnails. They are integrated into the e-mail and I can't click on it to enlarge. Is there something I can do? Or are my pictures gone forever? :(

  I created a new database of 11.2 on win 7 (64-bit) and migrate an APEX application. It worked very well. But when I try to run this app, I get errors opening a picture (Http 403) and I Pascal see the photo icons. Ther I see only a red "x" on the top side.

  While you gave in the v_pdet_picture table?

  I upgraded my MacBook Pro to El Capitan.  Since moving from iPhoto to Photos (even before I updated the operating system) when I plug my iPhone 5 to import pictures in the selected library I do not see the photos appear in the import window so that I can select for imports.  I literally had to email it to myself, and then import it into the e-mail.  I work with different libraries within pictures, so I excluded it only love the library system.  Same result, can not see the photos.  Also, I have unplugged and replugged in and tried the other USB port to rule out hardware, while the Photos could force them to see the device as new, and that does not work either.  I tried something another user who had to open Image Capture to see if she could see all the pictures on my phone and it doesn't work, I found (theory was that opening would make Photos recognize as well).  However the Image Capture wouldn't add a USB scanner so I think it's not worthy of trust.  Photos only setting I have enabled is the automatic update to iCloud.  Otherwise, I don't know what another parameter to seek that could block it.

  When the phone is connected USB the phone reboot - many have found this will clear this problem

  Such programs that Outlook Express do not allow paste not web graphs. Paste into MS Paint andrecord under a web graphics.   There is one thing that I know that you need to check that COULD be your problem.  Open Control Panel (in Classic view) and click Folder Options (or, in Control Panel, click on appearance and personalization and then Folder Options).

  Open the view tab and make sure that "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is NOT checked.

  It would be good to hear from you as to whether that was the problem!

  1. click Start allprograms,Accessories, System Tools folder and Disk Cleanup
  
  2 check the photos and click OK.
  NOTE: Cache view the size of your thumbnail. More browsing, it can make.

  3 click delete files button on the confirmation window.

  4 disk cleanup will now clear thumbnail cache and close.

  This should clear up your tiles and once you access the program again the cache database will be recreated with the right thumb nail (we hope).

  Captivate is not really designed to do what you want in this forum.  It is more targeted to allow a user to perform an assessment and then follow whether or not they were here.  So it has really set up to send information in a format that the LMS will understand and interpret as Pass/CNET and what the score was.

  You really need something more flexible than that. So I think you would need to involve a programmer and have the solution custom made.  From my experience, whenever you try to dismiss what Captivate, it was designed to do and you need to involve the other professionals, you can kiss thousands of dollars goodbye before you have a viable solution.
