  I use to get automatic updates to install a shield and I've not been doing them for a while.  When I click on it I get a message that says: "Windows searches for ISUAPM, exe."  To locate the file yourself, click BROWSE. "When I click on BROWSE, files are empty for this application.

  1 is Install Shield Safe?

  2. If this is the case, how do I get it to work again.

  I'm running on Windows Vista Edition Home Premium and I have Windows Version 6.0; Service Pack 3.  If you need info to Add ' l, let me know.  I'm not educated computer, so please explain in detail because I don't want to crash my computer.

  You can not recover the notes now unless they are in an old backup in iTunes.

  Product key Finder programs are USELESS for Vista computers preinstalled, as they find the product key of plant manufacturers, which is used for installations of mutiple during Assembly of the computer.

  This key will not help you reinstall Vista!

  If you communicate with HP they will post you Recovery DVD for a low price to reinstall Vista and they do NOT require a product key

  Or ask the use of the recovery Partition, which must be copied to the hard drive HP
