  (1) close that adobe all associated processes using activity monitor

  2) navigate to support/Adobe application and delete the Adobe Application Manager

  3) go to the library to the Application and open the Utilities folder and delete the folder Adobe application manager

  (4) install Adobe application manager using link Adobe - Adobe Application Manager: for Macintosh: Adobe Application Manager

  (5) launching Adobe application manager and it will update to Creative cloud itself.

  Things went so well Friday. My Muse site, everything was finished and live! Yay! But then on Monday I went to open my file in site Web of Muse and it took about 15 minutes (with Rainbow beachball) to open the file.
