I want to delete all transparent pixels, how can I? CS6

I would like to delete all transparent pixels that surrounds my irregularly the image (not square).  The TRIM function removes only a square surrounding my image and not on the edge of the image itself.  Is there a work around for this?  I looked and that you have not found a.

In this case, create the two button in a single image file that you slice.  I don't do web pages but know many a navigation bar was built using slices. However, I don't know how irregular, you can get without disrupting your system. Given that the slices are images of their limits will be rectangles. I know little about HTML mouse overs, however, everything I've ever seen in html for images has been setting height width and alignment never seen anything that is related to the shape.
