I want to use the microsoft easy assist program. How can I go about starting that?

I was connected to Ganesh, a programmer easy to help the other day. I had problems with internet with AT & T and they were there at the time. That is why, me having to unplug the connection and Ganesh says that he will call more later to return. He did, but I still was unable to use the internet and also missed his call. I want to continue this program for helping me fix my computer. I can't do the difficulty it Center Microsoft to not work. Please help me and answer. Thank you, Saundra Torres
