  It is a general question about how best to work with many open web sites. Sometimes I open 10-20 at the same time. Sometimes I will open a second or a third copy of the browser and have several tabs there too.

  Some other browsers use a separate process for each window that opens, Firefox is not. It doesn't matter how many windows you have open in Firefox, that you use a "session" or process of Firefox.

  The only exception to this is with Firefox 3.6.4 & versions of plugins is running in a separate process "plugin - container.exe".

  If you want to change the file considerably before saving it, then a 16-bit image will give you more latitude when doing things like application degraded.

  If this is not the case, and if you are only interested in the final JPEG, no, you can go ahead and set your options of workflow ACR for the output file clear of ACR as 8-bit file.

  Finally, if you do not change the file at all, you are better off shooting rather than raw JPEGs with your camera.

My touchpad has been giving me some difficulties today. The pointer has moved erratically, highlighting and selecting things even though I have not touched, and if I tap the and let my finger there, the pointer moving madly. It's never happened before.

  After consulting all the tips help I could find, I updated the driver and adjusted the touch sensitivity settings to be lower. None of these factors, which have had no effect.

  Taking the test tomorrow and I need to spend regardless of the score to keep my permit VCI. In pre-descussions, all that was mentioned was to get over 85%, but when the test is finally available there this points system? Matematically, if 300 is 70%, then 85% must be the 365. Is anyone know the ins and outs of points and percentages of new certification? It would be really nice to know.

• Possibility of creating a second handle on a point without moving one?

  Hello again,

  Just had a question about something that often drives me crazy. Sometimes when I edit an object (especially text that has been converted to outlines for logos etc.) there are points on the way I want / need to remove. Many of the times the points that I am remove were a part of the curve which made way look nice and smooth. For some reason any Illustrator like to create two points that overlap between them with a handle extending in opposite directions for each rather than a single point with two handles...

  In cases where I have a comment on a path with only a handful, if she superimposed on another point or not, is there a way to create a new handle on the side opposite where there is no a handle without moving the handle that is already there? I hate fiddling with the path for 10 minutes then try to get everything back in the same position. I would like to be able to drag a new handle when the old handle locking, but the behavior of the convert anchor point tool seems to be to get rid of the old existing handle and recreate two new handles that resets everything.

  Is there a way to get around this? A behavior tool option or perhaps even another tool that won't let me not just add a handful to the point that he is absent without moving or deleting the existing handle on this point? If it's important I use Illustrator CS5.5. Thanks for any help in advance!

  There is no solution in one step to do this natively. One method would be to turn on the guides, drag a vertical and horizontal guide, slam on the original handle, extend both with the anchor to convert point tool and reposition the first handshake, snapping to the intersection of guide. Then, you must unlock the guides, and remove them.

  However, if you are ready to use a third-party plug-in, the PathScribe (part of the plugin VectorScribe) tool can extend a mixer without altering the first.

  But better yet, it has a command "Remove redundant points" which automatically merges the two points to a handle by a single point with two handles - avoiding you having to play manually with the handles at all.

• Photos on the local disk storage

  Photos is storage of photos on my MacBook Air even though I have iCloud. Taking up to 12 GB on the hard disk.  In preferences, I 'Use iCloud library' checked with 'optimize '.  Why should a space on my hard drive? Is there anyway for there no pointed out that memory?  I have a lot of room in my iCloud (143 GB) account for storage. I tried dragging and deposited in iCloud, but that did not work.

  The fine print under Photos preferences settings optimize storage includes the words: "Original is also stored on the Mac if you have a storage space."
