  OK, so here is how I SOLVED this problem.

  In my case while studying this on a device of clients, I found that a VOIP program caused this problem and the error message popped up, and rename the folder won't work because the program is running.

  Then I found the voip program (in the taskbar in this case) and closed. I then found the file that needed change of name, "c:\program" and renamed to 'c:\program1 '.

  Then restarted the computer and... Don't pop up.

  I see that Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 is not compatible with Windows 7 which could be the cause of this problem:

• My ATAPI DVD A DH16A6L-C sticks reader when try to open it. This could be the cause?

  When I try to open my DVD, it sticks and sometimes I have to press the button open 5 to 10 times or go into computer, then select it and hit eject.  Which takes also several tests.  This could be the cause of this problem?

  It's just the wear of the mechanism that opens. The Office of sata DVD drive is about five years. It is certainly a reasonable length.  A replacement DVD writer is not terribly expensive. There are no prerequisites to install original HP unit.

  Please, try the following steps and check if Unit works very well.

  (1) the Bios, graphics & Chipset driver update from the HP website and check.

  (2) once the unit is on keep tapping F10 key and checked if the screen flashes If yes you may need to replace the screen by call HP technical support.
