  We have published a 19.0.1 hotfix that resolves this problem in discussion on this topic. Please apply the patch to your creative cloud application. The creative cloud application checks the update once a day, so you may see the update immediately.  If you want to force the check for an update at the beginning please logout and log back into the creative Cloud application.

• Firefox starts in a new tab instead of the home page tab. The home page is selected in options.

  When I star Firefox, it opens the homepage of tha and a new tab, but it goes the new tab instead of the home page selected in options.

  Thank you guys. That's exactly what it was: an unwanted extension that somehow got surreptitiously installed. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

• Why Firefox will allow me to have several tabs, but not allow me to switch between tabs and can only watch a new tab when closing the previous?

  Everytime I open a new tab, it appears on the tab bar where it should, but if I click on it nothing happens, the tab does not open, and I can't switch between multiple tabs. The only way to get a new tab is to close one on that I am currently, and even then it will only open the next tab in the order of precedence, so I can't even choose which tab is next to see. This problem makes it impossible to use firefox as a research tool that requires quick change back and forth between pages in multiple tabs at the same time.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that disables certain parameters, disables most Add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  • In previous versions of Firefox, click on the Firefox button in the upper left of the Firefox window and click help (or click on help in the Menu bar, if you do not have a Firefox button) and click on restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Mode safe mode as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. Please follow the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

  When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. This might help others with the same problem.

  I am new to OBIEE and need help with the cloning of a dashboard so I can add more columns to the new cloned dashboard. I just want some assurance how to do this, because I don't want to spoil the previous dashboard because users still use it. I have looked everywhere for advice and could not find anything on this. It doesn't seem to be as simple as copy and paste it into a different folder...

  It's just a copy/paste

  (the dashboard of course, not only the page you want to change).

  Of course if you links/actions in your dashboard they still link to the original as OBIEE use full paths and relative paths, so these will require to be edited and modified to your new copy dashboard where you have.

• Photos not in chronological order after updating to the new iPhone 7 since the previous backup

  A few days ago, I backed up my iPhone 6 before heading to Verizon to update the iPhone 7 (128 GB). At this point, all my photos are in normal chronological order. Once I got the new phone, I plugged into my MacBook and put in place since the last backup, and my photos were so totally out of order and in all directions in my camera roll.

  Any way to put them in order? I tried to reset my phone and restore. Both without success.

While several browser windows are open if a link in the current window opens in a new window the active window moves behind one or more of the other windows instead of being originally only the new window that opens on top of it. Now, I have a MacBook with the latest version 10.11. I wanted to copy the programs on my MacBook to work also on this computer. I copied the folder with the programs 'Programs' and the folder of the "Library / Application Support / Adobe" on my USB key and pulled on the MacBook in the program folder and the folder of Adobe.   Avoid copying files from one computer to the other. It won't work. You run out of hidden files scattered around the hard drive and interrupt the licensing mechanism.

  Uninstall, run the cleanup tool.
