  I've only had 3 programs installed with the two cd I got with my adobe creative suite 6 (edition education, student and teacher)

  It didn't load any further when I insert the second cd. (tried several times) on my windows 8.1

  I got a license number, but it does not work on the creative cloud

  I tried to download the zip file, but it did not work

  I have ragequited (sorry)

  and now I want to try again.

  -J' have the license but I can't use my cd or download the zip

  -are there a cd I can buy again or something?

  I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium from the CD, but halfway through the installation, something went wrong and installation was abruptly interrupted and cancelled. I then went to 1 record to try to re - install the program, but then it says I already have a facility (even if it is incomplete), and I have to finish to install that I've already started. But I can't finish that is already started because I can't find any way how to continue a facility that was started.

  I want to install adobe creative suite on my surface pro but my program is on 2 DVDs.   The surface pro isn't an installer from the dvd.   I tried to copy the files on the dvd on my other computer and transfer them to the pro surface; but it only allows me to start installation then invites me to insert the next dvd.

  Can I download Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on the internet and then simply insert my license numbers there?

  Really appreciate some help here.    I was told when I bought this pro surface that I would be able to download Cs6 here.
