  If so, you can benefit from using compatibility mode to install and if you use a disk, copy the contents into a desktop directory.

  Hello. My iMac osx 10.7 was stold store Mac affiliated with Santiago of Chile. They gave me an iMac osx 10.8.5. I bought Creative Suite 3 Premium several years previously and I downloaded for my MacBook Pro osx 10.7 and also for my iMac osx 10.7 (the one that was stolen). I am now downloading the CS3 version, but I'm not sure that Adobe doesn't let me do that. I am registered, so they should be able to verify the serial numbers. Will it be possible?

  you are only allowed to two simultaneous activations.  so if you're on the stolen computer and another on your macbook, you will not be able to activate on your replacement computer.

  You can ask adobe support for a county of activation reset, however.  Contact adobe during the time pst support by clicking here and, when available, click on "still need help," https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

• I can't get my creative suite 4 to install the new hard drive

  I bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 several years ago and installed on my laptop.  I always use the same laptop, but I recently had install them a new hard drive.  I didn't lose my programs, they said they would just my stuff on an external hard drive and I just could it pass to it.  When I tried to move top photoshop gives me error 6.  I spoke to someone from adobe, and they said they could help me if I had serial numbers.  I've moved several times since then, so if I did not currently drives, but I was able to find discs, as well as the serial number.  I tried to install the disks last night and my computer does not recognize them, it is said that they are blank discs.  These are the same ones that initially I installed the programs, they have not been affected since.  My cd player works fine with any cd I put in it.  Ugh, what can I do?  I spent a lot of money on this program, I can't afford to buy it again.

• Impossible to reinstall photoshop elements 2.0 on the new installation of Windows XP pro

  Had the previous program Windows XP pro sp3 works perfectly, but had to install a new, fresh drive, install Windows XP Pro sp3 and try to reinstall all my favorite programs, including the above.  Yes, I know it is very old, but I like the way it works.

  When I try to install, I click on "setup.exe" and nothing happens except a few brief flashes of light from the hard drive to the front of the computer. No error message.

  The installation program will appear in the Manager tasks, but no activity.  Windows Setup Manager is set to automatic, but won't turn on.  I start manually, but still no joy.

  The setup.exe Properties shows a very old version of 32-bit Installer worm. 5.52.164.0 by InstallShield Software Corporation.

  No warning message.  but I've found a workaround.  I reloaded Windows XP sp1, it installed without a problem, then I installed sp3.
