  If you are serious about using Windows XP then you should do is to pursue the cancellation and refund.  Windows XP is not capable of running the CC.  Here is a link to see the system requirements for the Cloud and all its applications...

  I tried several times to download creative cloud on my mac and nothing seems to happen. I click the button install after I downloaded the application on the adobe Web site, but every time I clicked it nothing seems to happen.   I ask this because I keep running into error messages when adobe reader XI software updates and it doesn't seem to be a way to uninstall and do a clean install.

  So, any help would be appreciated. I don't want to pay in perpetuity for creative cloud when all I want to do is read a PDF file.

• How custom install Acrobat XI via Adobe Application Manager (I don't want integration office)

  I am a creative cloud paid member with access to the Adobe application Manger. When I download and install Acrobat XI (also has happened with previous versions), it installs just the full version of the software, so he messes with my sepcifically of Microsoft Office with Word program, install macros or whatever. So whenever I run Word, I get errors.

  I need to install Acrobat XI as a standalone program, so I can choose the CUSTOM installation. But, as I do through the Adobe Application Manager, I have no control over that.

  After you install Acrobat via Adobe Application Manager, you can go to the Start Menu-> Control Panel-> programs-> programs and features (windows 7, something similar should exist for other operating systems too). You will see a list of all the applications installed on your computer. There you can select Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and click the button change above. A windows install Adobe Acrobat dialog box will appear. Select modify, and then click Next. Now you will get a dialog box similar to the CUSTOM installation dialog box.  You can select/deselect features according to your requirement, and that should solve your problem. According to your requirement, you can disable the feature: «Create Adobe PDF-> Acrobat PDFMakers-> Microsoft Office» I hope this helps.

  I have creative cloud membership. I downloaded the Application manager on my Macbook... the entire suite is available. However, I have downlaoded the application manager on my windows PC and Premier Pro is missing?... its the only thing I want... no idea why his is not?

  Site Web from Adobe said I get the unique edition of DPS included in my subscription of the CC.

  While the DPS is LISTED under applications/Services of Cloud, I can't download it from here (the link just says 'Learn more', not 'download').

  DPS belongs to InDesign. Download InDesign. When you choose Help > updates in InDesign, you'll see an option called DPS Desktop Tools every time a new version of tools is available.

  I cannot download all of the products available via subscription to creative cloud CS6 my Windows-based computer. The error I keep getting is that Adobe Bridge is open. I used since of the cleaning tool from Adobe to remove my previous collect CS5 Master. I also removed the Bridge task in the Task Manager. I still get the same error. I don't know that anyone has an easy solution for this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  John Merci for your reply. After I did this post yesterday, I went back and he gave another chance and everything worked fine. I think it was a combination of the use of the Adobe tool, Manager of the tasks of cleaning AND reboot several times which finally got my downloaded programs. And by the way, I'm running Windows 7.
