  I am trying to download the trial version of Photoshop elements 12.  "When I click on 'Download' in the Sub dialogue, I get the pop-up" error error 100 message.  My Internet connection gets O.K., and I tried to restart the download Assistant, but not luck.  What should I do to download the trial version?

  I entered the settings of cloud and told to download for my largest drive E (which it fine for lightroom) but it only downloads on drive C (small disk almost full) for Photoshop. I missed something or is this a bug?

  Shared resources and temporary files will be stored on your primary drive.  If a lack of disk space prevents installation then make sure you have enough space on the main drive for temporary files and installation files extracted to be placed.

  Barbara, what version of operating system do you use? / Applications (Mac), you can check and control panel > programs and features (Win) to check if it's installed on your machine.
