This error is caused when any software of third party (such as Kaspersky 2013) anti-virus is enabled and the settings are set correctly.

What you can do is temporarily disable all antivirus software and check if the problem is resolved.

If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished.     Now I turned off automatic updates that my system is stable and functional.

    I play the daily challenges for Microsoft Solitaire, Taptiles and mahjong, with no problems, until what may kicks. Now, I play is more the daily challenge of Taptiles, I just get error code 002000. No new software has been installed AT ALL, so there cannot be any sudden conflict, and there is no problem with reading the other two. I tried to uninstall taptiles and reinstall it, but who has had no change on the situation. What is happening with it?

    Taptiles daily challenges are now working.  I just played the challenges on May 1 and may 2.

    Once more the daily challenges are facing the error message 013408 and the additional error messages.  Today is June 21, 2013.  We have had this back in April and it was fixed in the end.  Just make the power to know that these error messages have surfaced.  So my thought is he must advertise and something went wrong once more.     I followed above link to see how to make my Xbox 360 arcade able to play xbox games. I did what he said, but it does not work.

    I have downloaed the file called 2007.zip-$SystemUpdate_12. I renamed the file default.zip. But what comes after is different from that indicated in the above Web page. I opened the file and got $SystemUpdate (folder). I then double clicked on $SystemUpdate and got su20076000_00000000 (file). I've renamed su20076000_00000000 default.xex. I saved default.xex on a cd using Windows Explorer. I took my cd for my xbox 360 arcade. I turned on my xbox 360 arcade and put the cd in the it. I came up with an error that there was nothiung on the cd. I checked with my laptop and the file is there.

    Why it did not work? Did I miss a step? Is that what your statement wrong? I did something wrong? Also the file (default.xex) is about 7 068 KB not 5 MB.

    After a Microsoft Update does not load my microsoft Solataire Daily Challenge App.  I'm on Windows 8 OS.  Reads the error message: problem loading the data of daily challenge.
