Impossible to uninstall Lenovo Service bridge (Windows 10)

Since the installation of Lenovo Service bridge, I have been seeing this error frequently:

"Local HTTP server for Lenovo Service bridge from error. Please check if any of the following ports is available: 50123, 50124. »

I need to bridge service anyway, so I tried to uninstall, but the uninstall process does not work. When I click on the button uninstall "Apps & features", I receive a request for confirmation, so I click the button uninstall following. The guest goes, but nothing else happens, and the app is not uninstalled.

I tried to reinstall the software, then uninstall it, with the same result. I tried to disable the app in the Scheduler of tasks, a logout, logging in and uninstall, but it still does not work.

I'm on Windows 10 on a T440p. How can I remove the service bridge?

I use Mcafee security.  It allows to LSB uses ports: 50123, 50124. For this problem, check your firewall for exceptions product. What product of firewall you use, if any?

Control Panel > programs 10 lists LSB as a program on my victory. (not an application).

I also see LSB on the applications Panel & features. I'll try to uninstall this program vs Panel LSB and will let you know the results.

I have a D20 (Win7PRO) I have tried to install Lenovo Service bridge on. I thought it was installed but the attached image keeps popping up on every reboot. This D20 is a workstation on an Active Directory System. Yes, I've logged as administrator but, to the reconsignation as a regular user pop-up persists. I crossed 'Remove Programs' and removed Service bridge but, the pop up still on regular users.

How can I remove this annoyance?

I don't know anything about LSB but suggest that you look at your list of programs, and see what other Lenovo software is installed.

Check (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) Task Manager and click the start make sure nothing associated with LSC is listed. If so, disable it.

Task Scheduler to check and see if there is any tasks created to run when the user login or startup system associated with LSC. If so, disable or delete the task.

    It must be here somewhere.

    Hey Ashok,

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.

According to the description of the problem, you cannot uninstall Windows update history update KB2884256. I suggest you see the below thread and see if it helps.

KB2884256 does not have uninstall option

If your main concern is network connectivity, I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps you to solve the problem. The problem may be caused, if there is a miss match the IP address configuration. Then I suggest you to release and renew the IP address. For this you can see the steps below.

    Method 1:

Release and renew the IP address of your computer:

    1. Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.

    2. Right-click on command prompt in the list programs, and then select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.

    3. In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
      enough ipconfig and press ENTER.

    4. Then type ipconfig / renew and press ENTER.

    5. Type Exit and press ENTER.

    Method 2

TCP/IP defines how your computer communicates with other computers.

To make it easier to manage TCP/IP settings, we recommend using automated DHCP Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (). DHCP automatically assigns Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to the computers on your network, if your network supports. If you use DHCP, then you don't have to change your TCP/IP settings if you move your computer to another location, and does not require DHCP allows you to manually configure the TCP/IP settings, such as domain name system (DNS) and Windows Internet Name Service (WINS). To enable DHCP or change other TCP/IP settings, follow the steps mentioned in the link below:

    Change TCP/IP settings

Hope it would help. If problem persists always post back with the current state of your computer and the result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to help you.

    Kind regards

    Two questions now

    (1) how can I get rid of my machine weblogic manually so that I can do a fresh install of 10.3.5?
    (2) how can I confirm if it is completely deleted because after doing the full installation process on SOA, JDeveloper throws me error that it is not compatible with 10.3.6

Appreciate your help in this regard

    Hello
Simply delete the entire folder that has WLS 10.3.6. Also under c:\bea you will find a file named beahomelist. Open it in an editor any and remove the complete file path also has wls 10.3.6. Now JDeveloper shouldn't complain unless you have linked this JDeveloper with your Weblogic Server. OR if you have installed the Weblogic Server in the SAME middleware House where you already JDeveloper.

Don't forget JDeveloper and stand-alone Weblogic Server should NOT be installed in the middleware even House we hear the same folder. Install JDeveloper as in C:\Oracle\JDeveloperXX (xx is the version for clarity). And install Weblogic Server XX version say in the C:\Oracle\Middleware\WLS10xx folder. In this way, seeing the names of folders, you know exactly what is installed and what version is installed in this folder. Don't forget JDeveloper comes with its own light weight integrated weblogic server built and ready to use the domain name DefaultDomain.

I prefer to delete everything, including JDeveloper also (take backup of all apps, projects that you created in JDeveloper) and start again. His maximum effort of the time.

    Thank you

  • Impossible to uninstall a program because Windows install indicates another program is being installed, but I can't understand what is being installed.

I'm having a problem updating iTunes.  So, I thought I would try to uninstall the program; but I get a message from Windows Installer says that another program is being installed.  Please wait until the installation is completed, and then try to reinstall this software.  I can't understand what it could eventually settle.  Even when the computer is restarted, I get the same message.  Anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello

    You have a few options:

    1. use the free version of Revo Uninstaller to remove iTunes:

    http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

    2. follow the information from Apple to uninstall, and then reinstall iTunes:

    http://support.Apple.com/kb/HT1923

    3. in the case of a failure, contact Apple Support support communities (Discussions):

  • Impossible to uninstall WPC11 software in Windows XP

I have a WPC11 card.  I want to uninstall the software.  When I go on the program group and select uninstall, I get a prompt telling me that this has been done. After you restart the computer and try to reinstall the software, I get a prompt telling me that the WPC11 software is already installed and return to the Group of programs to uninstall.  I also tried to remove the software using the add and remove programs in Windows XP.  The program group refuses to disappear.  I found a pgm of uninstall on the WPC11 cd and tried.  I get the same result.  The three methods give me a prompt that the software has been removed.  The cd doesn't give me the possibility of replacing the software.  Any ideas?

After working more with CC Cleaner I finally found the secret to completely remove the WPC11 software.  After you have uninstalled the program WPC11 regular anyway, I went to CC Cleaner Tools button.  It appears in the section "Uninstall" the registry entries display a for installed programs.  The 'wireless pc card configuration utility network' has been registered.  At first, I was hesitant about deleting the entry.  I thought that the only reason that it was because the program still exists.  I had nothing to lose so I deleted the entry.  'participation' is what he needed to go.  I ran the vacuum cleaner again and rebooted.  I went to add or remove programs in Windows XP, and finally, the configuration utility was gone.  I reinstalled the WPC11 software from the installation cd, and this time it worked.  I'm back in business.  I just need to be more familiar with the CC Cleaner.  Thank you! for your help.
