  In the screenshot you posted, you should see iPhoto in the list between films and photo booth. Also movies iPhoto should appear in the browser. Since you see nor it seems than iMovie and the operating system cannot see iPhoto library. If you click the photo button in the toolbar you see your photos in iPhoto? If this is not the case, this would confirm a problem with iPhoto library. Try opening iPhoto, hold down the command and option keys. In the first aid window trying to repair the library and perhaps rebuild if repair does not fix your problem.

• Why fusion photo does not appear under the Options of Photo?

  I just downloaded the latest version of LR CC v 5.7. It is upposed to have fusion photo and panorama photo. None of these appear in the PHOTO menu.

  You have indicated that you have downloaded CC 5.7. That is what you were doing, or did you download and install CC 2015? There is a difference, a big difference.

  Please follow the steps below.

  Open Lightroom

  Go to Lightroom preferences in the Edit menu

  Click the performance tab

  Deselect the graphics processor

  Restart Lightroom

• Iomega Portable hard drive now does not appear under "Devices" after accidentally deleted USB cable. USB

  My Iomega eGo Portable hard drive was connected by USB on my Macbook Pro OSX 10.9.5 cable and I was transferring my iPhoto folder.  Unfortunately, the cable dropped and I got a message on my laptop hard drive had not ejected correctly.   I reconnected it the cable, but now, it does not appear under devices in the search page.  I also checked the disc utilities and it isn't here either.  I tried to connect the hard drive of my iMac, but it does not appear in the devices out there either.

  Although I have been using a Mac since they first appeared on the market and can usually work things, I find it more and more difficult with all the new technology.  Everything that used to be so easy, one of the great things the Mac since MS-DOS.

  If anyone can help I would be very grateful, because I have a lot of files on this disc of old Mac and use the Iomega to backup my most important files.

  The drive may have failed.

  Try different USB cables.

  Remove the naked drive from the iOmega enclosure and test it in a known functional wardrobe.

  I just updated my OS to Sierra of MacOS. I have connected my external hard drive (HDD) and it does not appear under "Devices" in my Finder window. It worked fine before the update.

  I use a MacBook Pro (end of 2013), currently running MacOS Sierra (Version 10.12). My external HARD drive is a SeaGate Slim SL Media (500 GB).

  The external HARD disk appears in disk utility application. He also appears on the about this Mac > system report > USB. I don't know what the problem is, the external HARD disk is identified but does not appear for use in the Finder window.

  I read that it could possibly be in mode 'sleep' and putting the MacBook to sleep (while it is plugged into the external HARD drive) and it to wake up again should solve the problem. However, it did not work. No more restarting my MacBook. It was mentioned in another post that it may require extra power, so I attached power adapter and again, without success.

  I do not want to clear the contents of the external HARD drive.

  Hello Marwan,

  When you create a document you have many options that can make changes to it.  By default, a document is open to all registered to edit users.  If you do not want to allow anyone to edit your document, you can make this change through the function of 'collaboration '.  Just change the document you created and develop the collaboration tool to view your options.

  I can't add Adobe Stock photos in my CC of libraries.

  They don't seem to be added, very strange.

  IN Stock from Adobe, I get the message that they are added in my library, but when I'm in InDesign my libraries are empty.

  Doen't anyone know this which goes wrong and how to fix it?

• Photos does not appear in the parent folders or all photographs

  After upgrade to LR3 LR4 when I go to the library and click on "All photographs" none of my 86000 photos appear.

  The same thing happens in the module files... for example:

  1. my photos in folders titled 20120306

  20120201

  2. these files are siored in a "single parent" folder called 2012

  3. all records of the year of 'parent' are in a folder called HAND

  When I click on main it does not display the photos but it tells me how many photos are in the folder

  When I click on 2012, it does not display the photos but it tells me how many photos in the folder

  When I click on 20120306 then it allows pictures.

  I don't know why clicking on 2012 he not show me ALL photos taken in 2012, it's what did LR3...

  Please help as I am very intrigued by this!

  This problem has been fixed in Lightroom 4.1, which is now available.  To download the 4.1 update, go to the Help menu in Lightroom and choose "Check for Updates".

  Once again: I already posted this question, but it disappeared. A little bit Wired, because my question is about the pictures that still exist in the folder 'Masters', but not in Photos.app

  I restarted Photos.app twice with ALT + CMD to rebuild the database of photo with nothing doesn't. Is their something I can do? The lack of photos are not deleted or in a hidden folder...

  I see a lot of my original photos in... Images/Photos Library.photoslibrary/Masters/2016/... who are not in pictures.

  What is photo library that uses pictures when you launch?  Check the name of the photo library opened on the pictures > Preferences > General:

  The path to the currently-open library will be displayed at the top of the window.

  If Photos used to try different library to open your library in the folder images by double clicking it.  Fix library will repair the library that was used last.  You may have repaired another library.

  .. are not in pictures.

  Have you checked the "Recently deleted" and the album "hidden pictures"?

  Search for the file name of one of the missing photos in the Photos.  If the Photos are in the masters record for 2016 they were imported in 2016, but the capture date may come another year, and they can be in a moment for another year and show among the photos of 1970 or more.

• Photos does not appear to windows 7 pro.

  Try this: Windows Explorer > Tools menu > folder... Options > tab display uncheck the always show icons, never thumbnails check box and click OK butto, tried it does not I only want to show thumnails on SD card,.

  Return to the display section in options records and research,

  Be sure to always show the icon and never thumbnails is always disabled if on the top of the page, click on apply to the files then OK.

  Also scroll the display list of sections,

  And check the box show preview managers n the preview pane, and then repeat apply to records and very well.
