  You can change the language used for the interface of Acrobat.com in your profile. Login to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password. Then, click on your name in the upper right and choose personal data (information) in the context menu. Choose English in the menu drop down language (Language), and you should be all set.

• "pdfmaker could not produce the pdf from adobe.

  This only happens in Excel 2013.  I use Adobe DC.  When I right click on an Excel document on my desktop, and select "Convert to Adobe PDF" I get this error.  I tried to add in the "Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin" and it still does not work.  I have it inactivated and it still does not work. I use Adobe DC.

  If I open the document in Excel and save it as a PDF I have no problems.  But I can not save to PDF from an Excel document on the computer or in a folder on my PC.

  I also ran a repair on MS Office 2013 and Acrobat DC - not no more help.

  I found a lot of people with this problem, but no answers for me.

  Could you please activate the add-in, and check if this solves the problem you are having? To activate please follow it mentioned below as follows:

  1. launch Excel.

  2. go to file-> Options-> add-ins-> ComAddins

  3. check the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM add-in

  Please restart excel to confirm that the add-in is enabled. If the steps above do not allow the add-in, you may have to rewrite the LoadBehavior to the add-in in the registry. Below are the steps for the same.

  1. run regedit.exe.

  2. go in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin]

  3. the value of LoadBehavior 3.

  Hello, I'm trying to see if there is a way to save a color PDF to adobe to be black and white, without having to print.

  We want to save black and white as a .tif to the network drive.

  rustm2 specifically talks about recording in TIFF format , it is not necessary to use the dialog box convert colors.

  I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.4.3.

  PDF-print has always worked a lot, but all of a sudden, there is some kind of problem.

  After you print a "Print to PDF" built-in excel document in MacOS or Adobes printer I have PDFs corruptet when showing them in Adobe Reader/Acrobat, but MacOS software preview shows them correct.

  So there can't be any problem with printing, but the local preview on my computer using Acrobat or Reader. I don't even use the Myriad in document police, I use Verdana.

  

  You say you use Verdana, but you're not. The error message clearly indicates that you use MyriadPro "BOLD".

  You probably recently installed Mac OS X 10.6.7 update that has a bug with OpenType PostScript as "BOLD" MyriadPro fonts. Use the Verdana or another font TrueType or PostScript, or come back to Mac OS X 10.6.6.

  Thank you. I actually ended up using Google Doc w / voice / dictation option. I did the following:

  1. export the audio from Adobe Captivate

  2. set again my sound of "Virtual Audio Cable" settings so that the audio has been accepted by the computer MIc

  3 clip dictated in Google Doc

  There is also a new Google Doc add-on which makes speech text even better that the native Google voice type

  I use CS3 Acrobat Pro 8.2 and I can't get a Word in PDF doc.  It starts but then stops just at 10%.  I tried importing from Acrobat and just get the message error "an unexpected error has occurred. PDFMaker was able to produce the PDF from Adobe. »
