  We have several dps apps, and most of the time when we share a folio with the email application, an email notification is sent. BUT some accounts do not seem to work. All the parameters that we might be able to change?

  Simply mail the person and tell them to connect to http://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/. Folios will be there, that you don't have to click the link in the email to accept the application for partition.

  Last night, the printer stopped working and posted message indicating its ' in offline mode. Then this morning, impossible to download the documents on HP G62 online and offline to send.   I think that your connection Internet/WiFi connection can be a problem causing your PC to lose internet connectivity and printer to establish a connection with your PC.

  Try to restart your internet modem and see if that helps.

  Its always good contact also your Internet service provided.

• Pavilion p7 - 1380t: USB ports not working not

  The two front USB ports do work not today. Worked fine yesterday. Everything I plug is not coming. Using ports in the back, they work very well.

  first of all a new folio you post of DPS, the folio will not appear in the App Store, but in the library of the application.

  If this is not the case:

  1 make sure that you have published the folio under the same account that you used to create the Viewer.

  2 - Make sure that you have used a product ID unique for this folio

  3. If the Notify button does not work, note that this feature is available for viewers of enabled notification

  Check whether or not you have the Notification turned on in the dashboard section, otherwise it is likely that this account is not the Application role are entrusted to him... which brings back us to the point #1

  We are subscribed DPS professional.

  We have created a folio to activate HTMLResouce on the digitalpublishing site. The folio works perfectly on the Office Viewer but when I start to download on iPad it do not download on it. But it works perfectly on my Mac Adobe Content Viewer.

  The process that I follow.

  1. download the folio on the digitalpublishing site.

  2 Select a folio and open the DPS dashboard.

  3. in Folio producer Editor, click on the button import HTML resources .

  4. click on browse, select the file HTMLResources.zip.

  5. once it is transferred then preview the folio on Adobe Content Viewer.

  Note: I do the HTMLResource by opening the folder that contains the HTML resources, select the content and compress it into a .zip file. Which is mentioned in the help guide.

  Hey Bob-we ourselves find the solution. We just reduce the size of the images and it works fine. But here I have a question open is the file size is really an obstacle?

• InDesign CC 2015 does not meet the opening when I opened home instead of work.

  I had a strange problem that looks like the others that I've seen in the forums, but when I followed the procedure that has worked for others, I'm no progress.

  I use Indesign CC 2015. The majority of my work, I do it from my office. Here, I am connected to wifi to society and have a wireless on our server network connection. When I'm at the office, Indesign works fine (no problem opening documents and no blocking). Every time I come home and I'm no longer on this network, Indesign does not open. The home screen is never spent loading icon which consists of four square grid.

  As I said, I tried the steps in other forums, including the displacement of the Indesign file in the bin without emptying (library > Application Support > Adobe > Indesign). It did not work. I tried to disconnect from the creative cloud and reconnect, but it seems that CC crashes when I try to close the session.

  Has anyone else had this problem before? It's the strangest thing. It only seemed to happen since the CC 2015 updated. I have been working on Indesign projects both at home and work without any problems in the past. The only other variable is that I recently bought a new Macbook Pro (retina, 15-inch, mid-2014) running 10.10.5.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  Have you tried in the preferences > file handling > see the last used documents and change the value to 0?

  Check if you have created a folio in offline mode (appears with the icon of the computer/processor) to Panel Builder Folio in InDesign?

  Or folio is created under a different account in Panel Builder Folio.

  If the Folio is Offline: connect on Folio Builder Panel using the producer identification information Folio, folio offline select and click Download. Now, you will get this folio in Folio Producer and would be available for the publication of too.

  If you are connected to the Panel Builder Folio under a different account: share folio with desired edition account, after the folio appears below the post account.   Our questions not being able to get an overview on android seem to be due to a problem with our producer of folio.

  Currently, we are witnessing only a single old folio in the producer, none of the new folios, we created this year are showing up in our producer.

  We tested the connections etc but we really only have one email associated with all our accounts DPS, and it was the only account we could managed to connect with. Even clicking on the option 'Producer Folio' in the folio builder Panel menu displays only this unique folio.

  During the creation of our folios, we have never checked the option 'create offline Folio '.

  What I've read, it seems that folios should be automatically downloaded to the producer. Is this correct?

  Outside the connection / credential issues is there anything that would prevent our fact sheets appear in the producer?

  A recently created account of 'delegated' has downloaded a folio to the producer of Folio, folio is visible once connected (to FP) as the delegate account. However, when I access the producer Folio to aid that does not show the main account for the DPS license, folio - we badly understood/made something wrong?

  You will see that folio only when you connect by using the delegate account, not the account principal.

• InDesign CC 2014 will not load

  I was working in Indesign earlier today on my laptop with no problems and now the program won't launch properly. I use Windows 8 and it stops loading when loading screen dialogue says "from Trackers... "and a window tells me that Adobe Indesign has stopped working due to a problem and that Windows will close the program and let know me a solution. Of course Windows has not notified me, but I downloaded the updated version and I tried to restart my computer. I do not know where to go to from there. Older versions work correctly, but the document I was working on was created by using the new version of cc. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

  Please try to rename the file Version to Version 10.0 10.0 in Appdata/Local/Adobe/InDesign and Appdata/Roaming/Adobe/InDesign.

  After you rename the files, try to launch the application.

  I'm working on my first project DPS for iPad (s). I had a lot of experience flash in the past, and I love the edge workflow host. I have created an OAM and placed in Indesign in "folio" its own (cover - page 1). I had planned to simply place a button of hyperlink InDesign on top of the OAM in the InDesign document and publish it. When I download and open the file on the iPad using the Adobe Content Viewer, the button for the url does not appear (does not work on the local drive either).

  Is it not possible to place other items of overlay on top edge animate the files? Do I need to include the button in the edge animate MCO?

  I also saw on another post where someone is in trouble with a white FLASH using AutoPlay... I have that too, but I also see a rough irregular version of the poster image for a fraction of a second between the loading phase and the main stage during the INITIAL reading. Any input on how to fix this too would be greatly appreciated.

  Hey there,

  You are right in that you can't place items created in InDesign to superimpose your animated content. This is because the use of InDesign/DPS Animate content as overlays in web - overlays in the most literal sense, in that it overlays all your document so that it will always be the top layer.
