  I use Dell Inspiron N5110. I use the original dell and charger battery. When the battery is fully charged. Just after 2 minutes it shows the battery. It decreases very quickly.   If you are still under warranty, your battery will be covered by the warranty on the equipment you bought your computer. If this isn't the case, you can buy a new Dell, parts - People.com or Discount Electronics.  Be careful with the Chinese "knockoffs" as they would have been the cause of several fires.

  I'll try once more to make this post to cause the previous, it never went live.

  I have a 3 years old Dell Inspiron N5110 i5 / 8GB ram/Nvidia/Win 7 home premium and I am very pleased with his performance and build quality. Yesterday, I tried to book a copy of Windows 10 and after struggling to make the pop icon in my taskbar, I managed to get it jump.

  I recently got an Inspiron N5110 as a gift. I had asked an i5 or an i7 processor, but instead of that, I got an i3 processor - 2330 M 2.20 GHz... I was wondering if I would be able to replace the i3 with an i5 or an i7, and if so, what, if any, other changes I need to make to my computer, such as RAM, etc. I have will show the information below and if more information is needed, then please ask.

  Hi, my laptop Dell Inspiron N5110 is now 3 years old. I recently had a hard drive fail, then replaced by a new. Now the machine does not start. I have a boot disk in the DVD player that swirls, but gets no further. I get also is no longer the screen Dell displays (before the windows one). In fact, everything is empty. I tried to remove the power supply by battery pack and power holding down the button for 1 minute then re - again no difference. Is there anything else I can do or is the death machine?

  Hello! I recently bought a new Dell Inspiron N5110 with NoOS. Now, I am trying to install Windows 7 Professional x 64 on it from a USB. I made this a hundred times, but now I'm stuck with a problem. After the beginning of the installation it shows me a message:

  I have a dell inspiron N5110. He recently had a new hard drive mounted. Upon his return, no sound can be heard through the speakers inbult but sound can be heard with headphones.

  I am running Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit.

  I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 that when turned on beeps 8 times.

  The LCD lights up and the power light but no screen startup Dell or something. Only 8 beeps over and over and over until I turn it off.

  I tried to boot the laptop with and without the battery, with a different power converter, I tried to put back the RAM sticks and none of it works.

  I tried to boot into Diagnostics with F12, but the departure of beeps before I had the chance.

  The Dell Inspiron N5110 might emit a series of beeps at startup if the LCD monitor cannot display errors or problems. The beeps 8 on this model indicates an LCD failure. However, I suggest you try to plug a well known external monitor and check if it works (if available).

  The fan will run at powerup self test time, and then won't turn on (or run at full speed) up to a set temperature is reached.

  Function that replaces the motherboard, check that the thermal pads have been replaced when the radiator has been removed from the system.  If this part was not replaced, the system will run very hot.

  You might try Windows 7 32 bit, some old software work on the 32 bit, which does not work on the 64-bit especially if you run it in compatibility mode.

  Dell has a full set of Windows 7 32 bit drivers for this model but don't list them. I have listed the here.
