• you need to install Photoshop CS5 on the new computer.

  I installed and I get a screen that says in effect: your CS3 version indicates that there was an update from a previous version. Enter information about a product calling.

  UPDATE: I found my Photoshop CS5 disk and installed from there. I now have problems when I go to the 'Help' dropdown, select "Updates".

  Hi, I just subscribed today (permit student) CC.  I installed everything on my iMac and everything works fine, but after installing the software on my Macbook, it won't let me run 30 days trial versions.  As far as I know, I'm allowed to activate my apps on both machines.   as far as I know, a subscription to creative cloud can be used on both computers.

  However, when I download the creative cloud App and you want to install applications, I can only start a trial for the product.

  How can I solve this problem? My plan is student CC.

  Yes, your subscription allows you to have two installations that are signed to use, but you can only use the software to subscription on the two machine of both.
