I try to install CS5 Standard and after downloading, I get this message and it won't install, does mean and how do I install it?

For the life of me I can't talk to a real person in the customer service! Worst service ever, worse than at & t customer and which is not a little say. I bought the CD years ago and lost and I tried to download Creative suite 5 and it says "installation is damaged and cannot be opened". What should I do?

I want to install the oil for CC for Mac photoshop painting. Where can I find the appropriate download file? When I try to install this "pixelbender_toolkit_2.5.dmg", I get "installation is damaged and cannot be opened.
Oil filter is back in Photoshop was last updated. Just make sure that you have installed.

The upgrade of Mac OS X El Capitan, I decided to reformat my hard drive and start over again. I have PES 9 installed since ages and it always meets my needs. I lost the installer downloaded originally a long time ago, so I downloaded an installer of Adobe's PSE9 - I actually done twice, once in March and once today. Download is fine, open the DMG is fine and everything seems to be there. However, when I run the application 'Install', I get the message ' 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image. "The behavior is the same for the two installation programs downloaded.
iMac mid-2011, Mac OS X 10.11.5
I'm stuck. Maybe the Setup program on the Adobe site is broken?
Any other ideas? Is ether a different download url?

Downloaded CS5 to reinstall on my mac, after that I had to wipe my drive during an upgrade to 10.11.
When I try and run Setup, I get the message 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened, you should eject the disk image.
Downloaded 3 volumes and get the same error.

I have the discs for CS5, but my CD drive no longer works. I tried downloading it several times.
Yes, that IS the problem... your OLD and NEW program, operating system are not really compatible, so you have problems

I am trying to download Photoshop CS5 Extended on a new iMac to replace my old version of Windows. I downloaded 12 times and once I open the program installation an error message 'installation is damaged and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image. Any ideas how to solve the problem please.

Help? This Adobe Muse site file is damaged and cannot be opened.
In the process of looking for a new program of creation of Internet site, I ran across Adobe Muse that I downloaded the trial version. I was really impressed with it until last night.
After two weeks of creation and tweaking the company of my wife website, it is time to upload it to the server, but when I tried to open the file I got the error message "this Muse Adobe site file is damaged and cannot be opened. Is there any hope of recovering it, or I have to start all over again? I was after all register change, so small they are, so I wouldn't run the risk of losing changes if a problem arose. I see no problem of disk, and nothing else seems to be affected.
Any ideas? As I'm only using the trial version, is there any kind of support?

Error: Windows XP Professional.vmwarevm is damaged and cannot be opened
The machine is question is a mac with vmware Fusion 3.1.3 (416484) min.
According to the user, it has restarted (not sure if she meant the virtual machine or the mac mini) this morning and could not start the virtual machine. I restarted the mac launched vmware fusion and got the following errors:
Package "/ users/marygwilson/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized / Windows XP Professional.vmwarevm" is damaged and cannot be opened.
File "/ users/marygwilson/Desktop/Virtual Machines.localized / Windows Professional.vmwarevm XP / Windows XP Professional.vmx" line 1: syntax error.
I have no idea what to do and I don't want to search and run the risk of worse this. I'm trying not to panic. Please advise!

The attached file "Windows_XP_Professional.vmx.zip" contains a new "Windows XP Professional.vmx" file created from the supplied vmware.log file.
With VMware Fusion closed unzip the file (double-click on) joint "Windows_XP_Professional.vmx.zip" and replace the file "Windows XP Professional.vmx" original by one here.

Adobe sent me an email with CS5 download for me to reinstall it on my computer because my adobe updates have not updated. I uninstalled fires Fireworks and then used email from Adobe to reinstall and when I tried the installation it I received an alert that says "'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image. "I'm trying to install the program in the email I was sent, so I have no disk in my computer to eject. Why that's coming up? I tried again with Flash to see if the alert is ups.
