  If you click view, toolbars, then uncheck the 'Menu Bar', you get the Firefox back button?

  I use a laptop Dell Inspiron with Windows7 64-bit and trying to install Dreamweaver CS6 everything seems to install ok, but when I try to run the application, I get an error that miss me ImageOptimization.dll.  I tried to install a few times, and then restart before launching Dreamweaver.  The strange thing is that Dreamweaver CS6 does not appear in the list of add or remove programs after installation, if something should go wrong during installation.  I use the option "I have a serial number" and paste the number and valid without problem.

  I bought the version download-able from Amazon.com.  Only other Adobe major I installed product is Photoshop Elements 9, I got through Dell when buying this laptop.  Does anyone have ideas for me?  I tried Googling the problem, but did not find anything useful.

  Sorry, intended to respond to this yesterday.  It was my antivirus software detect this DLL and remove it.  I really had to work to make sure that all parts of the antivirus have off and not dominant settings to remove the file again.

  Thanks for the reply though - he would have the lead helped the antivirus issue.  (I never had to disable the antivirus to install the software).

  I have problems installing Dreamweaver CS6:

  Tried 5 times - through Creative Cloud facility and facility kept at a standstill.

  Tried the trial version 3 times - and the installation stalls at AdobeHelp - 24%. the "minutes remaining" continues to go upward from 9 minutes to 43 minutes and beyond.

  Tried of closing & reopening Adobe Application Manager, re-download, using Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, reboot, etc. even question guard happening.

  Any advice?

  SOLVED.

  I discovered that in Program Files/Adobe had a former of a previous installation of trial, ever active Adobe Help file. All the contents of the folder had a 2011 date - which must have picked up the new facility.

  I have download the file (for Mac) which opens 'AdobeDreamweaver-12, 0-All-Update' and when I apply the patch and re - open DW, I see that one still reads version 12.  No change.  The date of the application is still in 2013, so no change seems to have been done.

  How can I make sure I have the latest version and the best of DW CS6?

  There is no longer supported or updated.

  As far as I KNOW, when you install the latest update available for license for DW perpetual CS6, it does not reflect the new build # in your help menu.  It remains the same as before.

  I'm having trouble with Dreamweaver CS6 and CC2014.1 do not open most of my files.  On two occasions, a technology Adobe had access to my computer, but they were unable to resolve the problem.  A previous support via chat session did not resolve the matter.  After that the 3rd tech was taken out of my computer, the computer go haywire.  It was the biggest mess I've ever seen.  Suddenly he brightened and DW began to work properly.  I went on vacation and after his return, DW won't open most of my files.  I tried all the suggestions in the forums and YouTube.  Someone please help.  I lost many, many hours of valuable work time.

  An interesting thing occurred.  I have just connected my desktop computer to a wi - fi connection in a hotel that uses the service of the Charter.  I can now open my web pages in DW.  A few weeks ago, I used a WiFi by another service provider and could not use DW.  After that I was in a cabin by using the service and everything worked fine.  Earlier today, I was connected with dish and could not use DW.  For 3 weeks, I was in Germany and elsewhere in Europe and had no trouble using DW.  So that explains all the problems.  There are providers of services.
