Installation of Photoshop CS6 with students of license and switch to 64 bit Windows?

I bought PS CS6 with students of license. I was told I can do two facilities (or activation). My question is this: I am currently running Windows 7 32 bit, but I plan to reinstall Windows 7 64 bit late to increase my RAM. If I now install CS6 with 32 bits, is considered a second activation if I reinstall it later under 64-bit, even if it's on the same machine?

Thanks for any information.

You can install the CS6 PS on Windows 7 32-bit and use it once you'll have to re - install Windows 7 64 bit,

Open Photoshop, go to the help--> disable

This will deactivate your existing actiavtion and then you can re - install PS on Windows 7 64 Bit, without losing the number of activations.
