• Installation of Photoshop Elements 9/10 on new computer

  I try to install Photoshop Elements on a new desktop computer with an operating system of Windows 8.1.  Previously, I bought Photoshop Elements 9 and later put on level to Photoshop Elements 10.

  When I try to install from this download page products download Photoshop Elements: 9, 8, 7 and introduce my serial number, I said that the serial number is not valid.  Of course, I checked the numbers, but it is the same as that indicated on my order history.  Then I tried to download it directly from my command history page and a 413 error code appears.

  Can anyone offer assistance on how to download this?

  Oh, and if I don't get to the point where I can download, download v9 first, then v10 upgrade?

  Simply download the installer of PES 10.

  at the beginning of the installation, you will be asked PES 10 serial number.  When the installation program detects no PES 9 installed, you will be asked the pse serial number 9.

  Enter the correct number at the right time.

  If you see an incorrect serial number message, error "serial number is not valid for this product". Creative Suite

  no problem, just re - install PES 9 on your new computer and activate with your serial number.

  If you no longer need the original installation PES 9, turn it off (help > deactivate) and then uninstall it.

  If you need the Setup for EP 9 file and if you follow the 7 steps, you can dl a trial through one of the links on this page: http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.h tml

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow the steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.
