Intel HD graphics disabled family blackscreen

Hello

I disabled my equipped with Intel HD graphics. and since I was a blackscreen. and can't do anything.

Now is my question, possible to activate my card Intel HD for my laptop back to work?

Hello

I m wondering how you were able to do
How do you turn off the graphics card?

Have you tested the FN + F5 key combination that switches between screens (internal and external)?

Alternatively, you can try to start the advanced boot menu by pressing F8 at the beginning the start-up procedure.
Now you can choose to use the last good configuration to work.

PS: What model of laptop you have, and what system do you use?

Not all laptops have this feature available in the BIOS. The notebooks have done. Switchable graphics stand is for the user to control the selection of the GPU by using the Catalyst Control Center options.

You can actually turn off the graphics card Intel HD by removing the switch automatically the boat and selecting your GPU Radeon HD. Once you have done this, the high-performance GPU will remain selected until you change the settings in Configure with the option switchable graphics.

Here are the specifications of your HP Pavilion dv6-6192sl Entertainment Notebook computer. Based on the specifications, this model supports "HP Switchable Graphics". Intel driver was will refuse to install it because of the customization of HP. The provided HP driver Intel you have downloaded and tried to install is for the models that have no switchable graphics. The graphics driver AMD high definition (HD) is the pilot of the only viable solution because it contains the AMD and Intel drivers needed for your computer.

An option that is very popular with people who want more drivers, is the third-party provider http://leshcatlabs.net/.  -I recommend read you and well understand why driver signature enforcement must be disabled to load these drivers and what risks it may pose. Hello Michael,

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community.

We need more information about the issue so that we can help you better.

What is the brand and model of your computer?

Thank you for details on the question and your efforts to resolve.

SMBus is the System Management Bus used in personal computers and servers at low speed, system management communications. SMBus controller is integrated into most Intel chipsets and SMBus controller driver is one of the chipset drivers. He keeps a check on the power of temperature and voltage. In addition, it communicates with the power supply on your PC.

Graphics driver is important to better display Windows. Without it, the resolution of the screen becomes very low.

These devices may conflict when they were assigned same ports of entry/exit (e/s), the same interrupt, or the same Direct access channel in memory. The assignment was made by the basic input/output system (BIOS), the operating system, or a combination of both.

I suggest you run this Microsoft fixit and verify.

  • HP Pavilion dv6t-7000 CTO: impossible to install the Intel HD Graphics driver

    Hello

By mistake, I installed the Standard VGA graphics card to replace the Intel HD graphics card on my laptop. Now, I want to just reinstall the graphics driver Intel Graphics HD 4000. For some reason, I get the error message "Setup could not install one or more device drivers. What is the cause of this problem? I tried to restart, restart in safe mode, disabling/uninstalling the VGA driver, but had no success.

It seems that the driver I'm supposed to install is win64_153336 - using the update utility Intel also gives me this result. He simply refuses to install it. I had this problem before, then I got around it by installing an older driver, sp56808. Now, even if it does not work.

My laptop is a HP dv6t-7000 CTO Entertainment Notebook PC and my OS is Win 7 Ultimate x 64.

    Thank you for your help.

    We can always hope

The problem has been resolved. I ran the utility to update again, then downloaded an older version, which is win64_153335. For some reason any, this version successfully installed. Before that, I always had the same error with the other drivers. I must say that I have no idea of what has past.

It was a pretty trivial thing, and even if it's fixed now, I'm not exactly sure how. I would delete this topic if I could, to leave room for other topics.

  • Pavilion G6: Error Code 43 after update Intel HD graphics card

    Hello.

My laptop HP Pavilion G6 consists of cards 2 graphs: 1-Intel HD Graphics Family

Today, I opened my device manager, and I tried to update my Intel HD Graphics. Finally, there is an update for it, and after it was done, it displays Intel HD Graphics 3000 This is after I restarted my computer.

After the reboot, my Intel map updated. However, I have re open Device Manager, and I see that the Radeon HD 6470 M has an exclamation mark above. I opened the properties and I see a message saying: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported issues (Code 43). This has happened after that I updated my Intel card.

I fixed it with the restoration of the system. But can someone tell me why this happened? The Assistant de Support HP r says there is no update available, Device Manager must therefore determine that the card Intel is up to date.

It seems that the problem is solved, but not because of installing a different driver for the Intel HD Graphics. I wanted to use the camera. I received the message "something went wrong, that the camera is used by another application.

I disabled all the applications in the settings of the camera. Still no go. I studied the question and could not find any solution. Last resort, I uninstalled the drivers of the device in Device Manager, rebooted and reinstalled Windows drivers.

The Intel HD graphics card failed and recovered since.

I didn't know there was a camera problem, because I hadn't used since week 1 when I was testing on this new computer, date at which the unit works perfectly.

Thank you for trying to help me, I appreciate the time and effort you spent on this. I didn't need to use the camera, however, the problem with the graphics driver would still not solved.

  • HP Pavilion G6 1350SD dedicated GPU(7450M) only runs on Intel HD Graphics 3000 (no switch)

    Hello!

I have this laptop for 2 years and never had my work as a dedicated video card. He has not even work when I bought it out of the store o.O so, basically, I am quite sick of it and tried to get it fixed up, so I went through everything I could think of, just everything that "could" solve the problem.

    I tried all this in Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.

I set the video card options in the bios of both fixed and dynamic. Neither work.

All the drivers have been installed, including the latest AMD Apu driver. (I tried the official amd.com and the HP support center)

The graphics settings for my Intel HD graphics card and my AMD Radeon HD gpu are set for maximum performance.

Disabling the driver for the HD Graphics 3000, so he could only run on the gpu AMD does not work either. (In fact, everything is stopped in an instance; p)

Installation of an older driver no longer works.

AC/DC's plugged all the time (this has an effect when the bios settings are set to 'Fixed'. This was not the case)

I tried a few more things, but it becomes a bit too long to read. p

But yes, someone has another type of solution?

It should work now, after all the options at trial...

    Thanks in advance!

The switchable graphics option will only work with the AMD driver HP softpaq. installation the Catalyst Control Center and driver from AMD will be feature stop working.

Install the Intel graphics driver HP softpaq separately will also stop the switchable graphics feature.

To make it work, you need to run the softpaq to driver HP AMD laptop twice. The first time got it uninstall all the. The second time have it install all. Once you do this, you should be able to use the switchable graphics feature. I would like that you were here during the active period of the warranty of your laptop. That would give us options to replace the graphics adapter or motherboard module if we didn't have no spending on your part.

I managed to update the drivers of AMD Radeon HD 6700M using this link of guru3d.com.

But I can't find a similar solution for the Intel card.

    Hello:

Please read the notes on the AMD driver file...

Description: This package provides the AMD graphics driver high definition (HD) and Catalyst Control Center for models of laptop computers that are running an operating system supported. For laptops equipped with switchable graphics modes, this package contains the drivers for the two graphics (GPU). Switchable graphics allow users to switch between a graphical power mode (normally used under the power of the battery) and a mode of graphics performance. If the video output high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

The Intel driver is only for the models with only the Intel UMA graphics adapter.

You must live with what version of the video, Intel is in the AMD driver package.

    Hello:

The AMD graphics driver installs the drivers for the two GPUS.

Never try to install the stand-alone Intel graphics driver, or allow that HP/Windows update to install an updated the Intel graphics driver.

If we succeed to install the stand-alone Intel graphics driver, switchable graphics will no longer work.

It is the only driver that you need.

  • Help to find the latest driver from Intel HD Graphics 3000 specific material for my laptop?

I have the latest generic version of my driver VGA, Intel HD Graphics 3000.

My laptop (gateway NV57H) came originally with a specific version of the pilot material.

The problem is that when I go on the Gateway Web site to find the latest version of my display driver specific (or any other driver), all the drivers 'later' are dated from 2011-2012. This is probably because my computer is old and is no longer supported, kind of gateway that mind, is no longer adding drivers updated for it.

In addition, the 'later' video driver for my computer running Win7 64 bit is so old (from 2012) that it is not supported for hardware acceleration on many of my browsers / applications. That's why I decided to get the latest generic driver, which apparently is causing BSOD on occasion when I run Minecraft. Basically, I'm stuck between a get a former working driver that doesn't support hardware acceleration and a new driver glitch causing the BSOD.

Can you help me find a VGA driver for my laptop model material-specific? I do not know how to find my laptop manufacturer can't stand my computer or its pilots, but I think that it is based on the chipset or something? I don't know how this research and afraid I would probably just install another incorrect driver, please help.

Your Intel HD3000 graphics part of your Intel processor.

The mfg of the laptop is the best place to download drivers and laptops and equipment

often long a period to support pilot as dedicated graphics cards.

Gateway (and other hardware mfg) Choose not not update drivers, not because your laptop is particularly old. More because the limits inherent material means that there is probably no benefit from an update.

My cpu Intel with HD4000 is on a motherboard of 2011/2012 and the update of

AsRock was November 2012 (I won't call it 'old' for two more years, and then it will be)

be 'new' for my wife; (D.)

had no problems. I would never allow Windows updates near my dedicated, graphics card drivers

and have never allowed the updates for the HD4000 either, but decided to try it with the

HD4000 as an experience, but PC motherboards are different from laptops.

Fortunately a newer driver is not likely to bring an improvement of your HD3000 graphics

but you can try which allows updates Windows Update your HD3000 as well (in the)

    "Optional" updates).

Even with the pilot of the dedicated gpu, updates are especially for optimizations of maps in the current series.

Cards of 'Old' (say three or more back) don't really get a lot of current drivers.

«hardware acceleration on a good number of my browsers / applications.»

Hardware acceleration and the need to turn it off is not necessarily due to old drivers.

I've never found out why, but some machines require it be disabled and others do not, even

with newer drivers (including the graphics card with the latest drivers).

I used to keep hardware acceleration enabled, but have it turned off somewhere along the line

(don't remember why or when, but recently) and have never noticed any restraint in the execution

browser-based applications. (with my two HD4000 and Nvidia GTX 770).

Guess that's why I surprised to see that I had turned off, when you look at a minute there... :D
