Interactive PDF, asking for signature, without GIS has been implemented in the document

Note: I also posted this in the Indesign forum because I do not know the source of the problem.

I exported a PDF interactive SC.5 InDesign which works exactly how it is supposed to. All right, except that anyone using Adobe Reader (Adobe Acrobat Pro vs) becomes a message that they are supposed to sign the document. Only problem is I have not implemented a signature field in InDesign or Acrobat. I have attached a screenshot. When I did this project last year, Reader X wasn't yet and everything worked perfectly without this problem in Reader 9.

I went into my preferences and removed and unchecked anything having to do with certificates or signatures digital in Acrobat and re-registered with no luck. Anyone know how to get rid of this message/request?Screen shot 2012-06-15 at 3.59.15 PM.png

In addition, the real signature box is grayed out.

My client is not happy and I need to find a way to make the paper stop asking for this signature.

Thank you.

I think it has something to do with the new feature of EchoSign. If you have only the buttons, as opposed to text fields, check boxes, etc., try to set up security standard password so that the filling is prohibited. The buttons still work, but the message may disappear. I can't test it at the moment, but I'd be interested to know if it works.
