I've recently updated mij PC to Windows 8.1.
When I connect our departure from en Portal Web Access request I get the following error: internal error occurred.

Ive had this problem for a while now... imnew for vista because it's a new computer.
I've sorted it but I'm not sure how and now the problem is back.
When I right click on my desktop and go to personalization , then thecustomization and appearances I get error "windows internet explore has stopped working" and I get the options"restart this program" and "find a solution for this problem" if I don't find a solution nothing happens and if I restart the program it closes it.
Im not sure what to do as I installed all the updates, a little bit mast service Pack2, but now I can not install more as if I'm going toStart > all programs > windows update if I try to update I get the same error...

Had problems on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 with Lightroom CC 2015.2 suspended several times so followed the advice on the forums:

I have a new MacMini (2 months) with OSX 10.8.2 and 16 GB of ram. I had a partial re - installed, bringing more of my settings from my old computer (a MacBook Pro, 10.8.2)
4.3 Lightroom worked very well until I went to use the slideshow module. I received an error message and the library module does not open. Read the message "an error has occurred when attempting to change modules.
What can I do to fix this?
Here's what I've done so far:
- checekd the disk permissions and disk status - all ok
- check the integrity of my catalogs and saved them - all ok
- moved files preferably, ending with 'plist' from the root and user libraries - no change
- only moved to the folder of the user, to support / library/application - no change
- Checked and opened upward "privileges" on the files for the library files and the catalog files. Checked 'apply to all files' - no change
- contacted one and Nik to see if they had heard of this problem - no, they didn't and don't think their programs could be the cause of this problem
- Contact Adobe - level 1 support - crossed some of the points above - no effect
I am waiting for a call from level 2 return to Adobe. In the meantime, one has this problem or have any other suggestions. The only alternative I have is to completely uninstall Lr and start again. But it's a bit drastic.

When you play the files in 'Now Playing mode', make a right click anywhere within the interface on Windows Media player and go to visualization. ExportPDF converts PDF files to Word and Excel formats (and many others). What you describe, sounds like you are trying to convert a file * to * PDF. Have you ever started a trial of Acrobat, maybe? (So that you can create PDFs with Acrobat, ExportPDF don't allow you to convert files to PDF.)
