  Just for the follow-up of this: I have sent comments, and they responded in 20 minutes with:

  Please contact the Support of the note.  I'm sorry that you are experiencing this error, but it seems by the error message that you install note on a Windows 7 computer.  This error is caused by a Microsoft security update that was released in July 2011 for Windows 7 and caused upward to change our software.  Here is access to our Download Center for you to install the version 8.4 of note.  You will use your current serial number, license key and authentication code.
  They then provided a link to their Download Center where I could download 8.4
  E - mailer to * address email is removed from the privacy * and they will answer you. They have great customer service.

  I also tried to install directly from the site Web Adobe - my serial code was denied, but I only used it on my old laptop, so it is supposed to work again.

  It seems equally clear that Adobe did the download of older products as difficult as possible for past clients.  This is ridiculous. I spent hours trying to get this to work and have gotten nowhere.  Does anyone have advice for me?

  It is not known if you encounter a problem downloading or installation problem, but it looks to be an installation problem.

  When you enter a new contact the software does not allow me to enter a zip code of alpha-numeric Canadian style - in this area, that the keyboard is configured to use only the numeric keypad.  Even if I show the canada of the country of the contact field does not change.

  I can, however, enter contacts in the Contact Manager in Outlook can synchronize address book - and postal code appears correctly.

  Is it a practice of good (or bad)?  I want to program a step that derivative of country codes and state/province based on the initial number in the phone field (in our washer contact)?

  For example, if the phone number begins by + 091 (or 91, + 91) the country code must be IN; + 094 would be Sri Lanka.  We would run this step in the case where the perspective between our system with a address freemail (gmail, yahoo, etc.) and a phone number, but nothing else

  Countries might not be bad, but nothing else, and you might not get what you are looking for.  For example, I have 4 numbers on my 'family' of cell phone plan.  I have a number of Texas, my wife a number of Illinois, and one of my other lines is a number of Utah.  With the ease of portability of numbers from carrier to carrier and the appearance of everyone having unlimited long distance (at least here in the United States) no matter if you have a local number, or more.  I haven't lived in Utah in 6 or 7 years, but if I got an email that applied only to Salt Lake City it might not be the best experience.  I was in Illinois for a year and a half and do not rely on the number of Texas (my first) to landing any time soon.

  Open areas and Langueage option in the control panel and to change to English (United States), English (canada) also change your location to Canada instead of U.S..

  I can't fill out a section of a form asking for my zip code. I get an error message. What is the correct format for this error "the value entered does not match the format of the field [postal code]"?

  I just found the problem. If the error message includes the formatting of a postal code, the developer of the form set up for a phone number. I have 7 digits and then 10 digits and it automatically switched to the format of the telephone number.
