  I think the upgrade from my old 'tour' Mac Pro to an iMac of 5K.  It still basically works, but seems inexplicably slow and the two is soft RAID and the system as a whole is more in more not supported.

  Anyway, he has a gorgeous, fully working 30 '' Apple Cinema Display (apparently A1083 model number), which I believe connects via DVI.  I wish you to continue to use this monitor with a new iMac, in addition to the 5 K monitor integrated, of course.

  I joined just a touchscreen multi-touch Dell ST2220T the VGA on a Toshiba laptop. The multiscreen correctly display features, however touch events on the new monitor are sent to the screen of the laptop. There doesn't seem to be a way to make the new monitor the primary monitor, as in something similar here. In addition, if the option to solve this problem in a similar way to this solution exists in Windows Vista, it is certainly well hidden. I've sifted through all the options in Vista and came away empty-handed.
  No one knows how to fix this problem on WIndows Vista with a built-in screen that can not be changed by default?

• problem display monitor with text

  I spent the monitors and the text that is displayed is really strange and difficult to read. Every fourth letter, or so turns an almost transparent blue and red and even yellow qualities and also the police seems to be very different.  It's like rainbow text almost as I type this.  It appears that way on the desktop, AOL do anything that is in the computer.  Help please!

  Thank you for the update on your question. I provided you with the HP support document: display quality problems, which includes a section entitled blurry pictures blurry or stretched text, I want that you see and follow the steps to help solve your problem. In addition, I put a few steps for you to follow below:

  Step 1. Download and install the Intel Express Chipset Graphics Driver Update

  Step 2. Click Start

  Step 3. Click on Control Panel

  Step 4. Click on Device Manager

  Step 5. Click on graphics cards

  Step 6. Make a right-click on your Intel graphics drivers and uninstalling

  Step 7. Select Delete driver when prompted or the box appears

  Step 8. Double-click the downloaded Intel Express Chipset Graphics Driver Update above and install it.

  If at this point, you still have questions, we will try the original driver for your computer. Follow the steps above don't replace the Intel Express Chipset Graphics Driver Update for the Spring 2008 Original Intel Graphics Driver.

• I can no more color calibrate my monitor Apple Cinema Display 10 years because it is more compatible with my iMac Thunderbolt.  How can I color calibrate the Apple Cinema Display Monitor?

  I currently own an iMac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4 27 inches (2 1/2 years) with Thunderbolt technology.  I also have a screen of cinema with older technology.  Previously, when the technology was the same for the Apple display and my previous iMac, I was able to color calibrate the Apple cinema and my iMac but it is no longer the case. I know that there is a way to color calibrate the monitor Cinema with old technology when the iMac has the Thunderbolt technology, but cannot remember what are the steps.  The colors on the Apple Cinema are out of whack and too bright.  Can anyone help?  I'd appreciate any help you can provide.  Thank you.

  I understand your monitor has a light green background and it is causing all the images to be displayed with incorrect colors. I provided you with a few steps, you can try below:

  Step 1. Unplug the power cord at the back of the screen and the wall
  Step 2. Press and hold the power button for at least a minute
  Step 3. Plug the power cable in the monitor, and then to the wall outlet (not a power bar or surge protector)
  Step 4. Press the Menu button on the monitor
  Step 5. Navigate to the factory reset option and select

  Step 6. Check your connections and eventually replace the cord that goes from the monitor into the computer if possible

  If the steps above did not resolve your issue, you can try the monitor on a computer or other device to see if the problem persists. If not I think it would be preferable that you contact HP Support for service options.

  I just bought a laptop 15-b129wm sleekbook of HP, I would like to add a 19 "monitor on the outside and it doesn't have the traditional 15-pin connection.  It has USB ports, but I bought an adapter and it doesn't work.  Can someone help me with a working connection?

  Your sleekbook there a port for HDMI output to connect to LCD and HDTV screens.  Using this available video output port will be the easiest way to connect to an external monitor. If you ask on connection to a different type of display, then please elaborate. HDMI - VGA (15-pin) cables are also available from HP and other vendors.

  I'm on Apex 4.1.1. I have a form with LOV pop-up on the foreign key field. But this LOV contains only a subset of all records in the foreign table (for example, only free pieces, rooms, etc..) That's why I changed Yes setting "Display additional values" in the LOV properties. My problem is that the extra values are shown only as ID (foreign key) - not in easy-to-use way (as it is by LOV - display and return value). How can I change this?

  Instead of using "Show extra values" to ensure that the additional value is part of the LOV by adding one or to select.
  For example

  ,      emp.employee_id
  from   oehr_employees emp

  Where pXX_lov is the name of the element of the lov belongs.

  Press Ctrl + Alt and arrow key TOP.

  If that does not fix it, Ctrl + Alt and try each of the other arrows until the problem is fixed.

• Invisible boxes displayed when exporting to PowerPoint

  I use Acrobat 10.1.4 with PowerPoint 2010 on Windows 7 Home Premium.  I have a presentation that contains some opaque white boxes that I remove through the animation to make the text visible below.  I structure my remarks in this way because I have made alms of gliding and want my students to have to write short text.  Because I print documents on a black and white printer, I generate PDFs black and white (or gray).

  Unfortunately, when I print in PDF from PowerPoint, choose black and white or in grayscale boxes appear as the black outlines, instead of being invisible (with the exception of hide what is behind them).  The problem occurs if I do the contours of the box white or invisible.  If I print in color, I don't have this problem.

  Here is the document.  Can anyone suggest a work around?

  If it's a bug of Microsoft, not an Adobe one.  Why am I not surprised?

  I worked around it by creating pages hidden rather than use animations.
