iPhone 4 s - all THE icons disappeared!

Don't know how it happened but almost all missing icons... .particularly app icons, iphone apps (phone, safari, music, etc.), taskbar, settings etc., EVERYTHING. There are only a few visible icons app and something obscure but only 1 point in that. I tried a lot of obvious responses online without success. I've read many threads saying his 'Impossible' to lose the iphone applications. but seems that I did.

-I can receive calls, but can't check vmail or return, call or hang up also.

-I can't "reset page home screen layout" settings as suggested each suggestion Forum online because there is no settings icon. Doesn't show up when I search.  I can do it on itunes, or another way?

-NO, I never moved anything in a folder.

-The funny thing is that I see all the apps on itunes (but not the built-in apps), all my pictures are here, music etc, I have even been able to upload photos in iPhoto. I can access the camera and library of in the camera app when I drag it to the top, but no Photo icon anywhere...

-J' tried for the itunes backup that seems to work, but I cannot find a backup in the folder "Mobile Sync" library folder/files - even though itunes says "last backup" today Backups only I see are for several years, another phone. where could else be?

-J' tried icloud settings but apprently I can't use it before JC, I'm not on iOS8 (using ios 7 yet)

I'm afraid if I just restore, but I lose all of my text messages, notes and of course the contacts which are the most important points. any other suggestions?

Try a reset of the device. This will not affect your data/content. Hold down the home and sleep/wake together until you see the Apple logo and then release. It could take up to 30 seconds of operation. If it is not everything, try searching spotlight for the settings app. If it is, then open it and try the reset home screen presentation. If this does not work, when is the last link you made a backup of the device? Try the backup and restore then your backup device. If this will not work, then you will have to restore the unit to the factory and start over.

    Hello

There is no way sure of 100% to prevent it from happening again, and we don't really know the cause.
A glitch like this is sometimes due to an update (Windows, the utility of the Antivirus system manufacturer, or)
another program) and the cure is just another reboot, as it was this time. Although the actual cause is
    still unknown.

Every thing seems to have returned to normal, but when I restarted my computer all the icons on my desktop and all programs in the start menu disappeared, and yet, all programs are always in: Control Panel > add/REMOVE programs.   I can still connect to the internet by going to-Start > my computer > view > go to the desktop. Please, help me find the way out of this situation. Thank you in advance.

You see only your background image and the wallpaper?
Miss all your desktop icons and you don't see the taskbar at the bottom of the screen or are simply missing icons and you can see the taskbar at the bottom?
Check the simple things first.  Right-click on an open space on your desktop, choose Arrange icons by and make sure the option show desktop icons has a check mark next to it.  This will work if you don't miss you that the desktop icons, but still see the Start button and the taskbar.
If only you can see your wallpaper background picture and don't see the desktop icons and no start button or taskbar, this means that the explorer.exe program does not run (and it must be running) or the explorer.exe program are usually afflicted.  A good way to think about at the moment, it is that the process explorer.exe "is" your desktop.
If this is the case, the malicious software in general is preparing.
What is your system brand and model?
What is your version of XP and the Service Pack?
You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..
Sometimes your anti malware program to quarantine (and indeed remove) your file explorer.exe (or other critical files on the XP system) if it finds that the file is infected.  The file may really be infected, but you can know for sure and then reconsider your anti malware options.
First, you need to get your work desk, then you can solve your problem of potential malware.
Of your background image, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and open Task Manager.
Look at the processes tab and if the process explorer.exe is not running, start it as follows:
In Task Manager, click file, new task, and in the Open box, enter:
    %windir%\explorer.exe
Click OK and see if get you your office.
If explorer.exe is already running in the processes tab, it is likely that the object of the affection and will need to be replaced (which is not difficult).
If you notice that the explorer.exe process is already running in the Task Manager, highlight the explorer.exe process, and then click end process to stop and start a new explorer.exe process as described above.
If things look right now, your system is still not fixed, but it should be enough usable so now you can fix it.
I would start with these scans:
Perform scans for malware first, then these scans by operating clean, difficulty of problems:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/
They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
Please report back with information about your system and your results if you need additional assistance.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones explanation of all THE icons/indicators on BlackBerry Tour 9630?

I have the BlackBerry Tour 9630, which I use with Verizon.  Most of the time, I understand all the icons and indicators I've seen, but there are now two that I can't find any explanation for what they mean, nor how to activate their power.  Y at - it a site or a place to get a list of ALL of them?  I have the brochure "tips, tricks and shortcuts", but has no 2 that I'm talking about.

    1. on the top of the screen, near the indicator of e-mail, there are now a yellow ball that looks like the symbol of the Earth-type for internet.  There is a number 1 next to it.  This flag appeared when I tried to navigate to a web page, but was out of service and selected 'ok' when asked if I wanted to "save my request."  So I think that I have 1 saved means ask, but how to do anything on this subject?  I can't find where to delete the application or do nothing this symbol disappears.

    2. once all while talking on the phone, I got the phone to my ear with my shoulder (both hands were busy).  I must have accidentally pushed a button because I heard some type of sound indicating something.  Since then, on the "call" screen that appears when I or during a call, there is a new icon.  It's just to the left of the "speaker" icon.  It's a rectangle with five small diamonds diagonally from the upper left to the lower right through.  What is this average, how at - it get there and how / can I get rid of him?

    Thank you!
