  2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  I got my wife a new iPhone 6, she already had a 5 c that we used my ID to get all apps and the music I had on my account. During the passage to 6 we saved the 5 c to my iCloud and so moved this back up to the 6. My wife has disconnected me from all accounts on the device and is now using his own account, however, there is an update, but she asked my details to start the update. He won't let him edit the account for this. Why?

  I suggested she make a new backup on his account, reset the device and restore from his back upwards. I have not heard of her even if it worked or not.

  The data stored on the HARD disk are not the problem. Problem is how to get your laptop to work.
  To be honest after reading your statement where you wrote that you are not familiar with computers I n t believe you can do something.

  Believe me the best thing you can do is to ask for professional help. Contact the nearest authorized maintainer to check your laptop. They can tell if something is damaged it and how to fix it.

  Apple has not renewed the contract with Google to access Google servers.

  It is very likely.  If iPhoto work very well when you are offline, then your problems will be caused by the connection failed to Googles servers.

  I put t know what Satellite phone you have exactly, but you must download and install all updates that says TEMRPO.
  To be honest I would only update the BIOS if it s necessary or leave if I have I have problems with the computer.

  Normally, you will find a description on the site of Toshiba on new updates to the BIOS but it is possible that there are none available.

  I assume that Toshiba does not provide this information

  However, if your laptop runs without a problem, then I would not update anything you know

  A few mp3 files on my system, I'm trying to change some data in the Details tab of the properties of the file (for example, I want to add "Trance" in the field of gender and text in the comments field).
