iPhone 5 c won't download apps

I have an iPhone 5 c in 8 gb and I'm trying to reinstall snapchat on this phone, but whenever I tap on the cloud it loads up like her on the point start installing but goes to the symbol of the cloud I also tried tapping random other apps to see if they would install instead , but no they just did the same thing as snapchat. Already tried restoring rebootin to zero when you press and hold the lock button and the home butto. Which does nothing... I have only 4 apps that I need for my daily use and snapchat is one of them my apps did not storage yet or anything like that.

My guess is that if you have recently updated your phone, the update resumes your remaining storage space. 8GB is a very small amount of data, so it would be easy to use it quickly.

Remove some photos and videos (those who have most storage) and try to reinstall it. If this does not work, try songs and finally apps. If there is still not enough room, I'm afraid you'll have to live without chat wink or buy a new phone. The iPhone 5 s is $ 0 (with a new plan) on most carriers!

    Looks like a bug go to settings - iCloud back up now.

    After restore backup iPad back to the factory settings, this will get rid of any bugs.

    Use the same apple ID installs back over your WiFi when you are asked if you want to use iCloud backup say yes

    To retrieve all your apps / data.
