Is it possible to save PDF files, so when the user opens the file it opens a pre determined size?

Is it possible to save PDF, so when the user opens the file it opens a pre determined size – say 100%?

I cannot for the life of me figure it out - or is - that it is dependent on parameters end users?

Thanks a lot for your help!

It depends on.

If you have the drive, then it only recognizes your user preferences.

If you have Acrobat, you can go to file > properties > Page display > view original and set it to anything you want.

    I recently imported photos into lightroom, but I did not back up the original files on my computer and they are deleted from my card.  The images still appear in lightroom.  Is it possible to save them from lightroom without the original file?

    Your images are not - and have never had - in Lightroom, they are just referenced in the Lightroom database.

    Lightroom generates jpeg previews of the originals, however, and you can export users export preview plugin of Rob Cole: robcole.com - PreviewExporter.

    To be clear, however, that are not originals.

  • Work around the window "save PDF file under ' registration

    In Adobe Acrobat Professional 10, is there a way to bypass the window "save PDF file under ' and have just the file save as the same file name or a different file name?  Then once I select 'Adobe PDF' printer and click Print, I would like that the file just to save in the same directory, in that it is.  I don't care if it overwrites the existing file or creates a new file.

    The Ride: I'm using the portfolio feature, then using the configuration of the printer for each file to reduce by 20%.  Using the print to pdf feature, I'm resave files reduced.  2000 files in the portfolio, and I don't want to see this Save As pop-up 2000 times.

    In the printer preferences, cut request file name.

  • Open or save PDF files crashes Photoshop CS4

    Whenever I try to open a PDF file or save a file (for example a flattened PSD or a JPG) as a PDF from Photoshop, it will crash and give me an error report.  My Macbook Pro is only 2 months old, so I thought that maybe CS4 was simply too old for her, but all the other aspects of the program works perfectly and only manipulation of PDF files will give me this message and cause the crash.  However, I just installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC earlier today right before trying to save/open these PDF documents, so I don't know if this has something to do with this issue.

    In addition, I tried to convert a JPG file to PDF in Bridge and also, he crashed and gave me an error.

    Yosemite OSX 10.10.1 and already updated CS4 11.0.2 using (and had this error before and after this update).

    I rarely have problems with Photoshop, so I'm not very familiar with a problem like that.

    After various attempts at solving problems, I discovered that the problem was caused by a corrupted font, that I discovered by validating and accordingly to remove the incorrect font files.

    I wanted to put it out there, just in case it helps someone else who might have the same problem.

  • Cannot save PDF files: "program error".

    I have to save a file in PDF format with the [PDF / X-4: 2008] preset, for offset printing, but I get "Can not save as"nomdefichier.pdf"because of a program error."...
    It will save in the preset "high quality print" and other formats, but not this preset.  I thought it may have been a corrupted layer or something because it was created from a template downloaded from printing, but I get the same error message when you try to save the other simple files in PDF format...

    I am running CS5.1 on OSX 10.9.2...

    I'm feeling a little stuck, don't know how to do this...

    any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

    Well, it seems that I figured out, and I'll share the solution for all those looking for the same thing.  I didn't reset the preferences of re from photoshop in command, Option, shift.  a prompt appears and asks that if you want to remove preferences, say Yes.  It worked!

  • Cannot save PDF files that are editable fields

    I'm unable to save forms that have editable fields. I get the error "the document could not be saved. The disc you saved or the disk used for temporary files is full. "Free up space on the disk and try again or save to a different disk.

    I am running windows xp, and began with Player 10.1.4 having this problem now, I upgraded to 11 and same results. My colleagues can save the same shape and I have over 80 GB of free space on my hard drive, which is where I am saving it to. I tried saving it to other locations on my drive hard but get the same message. However, I can save the pdf files that have no form to complete in them very well.

    I could really use some help.

    Thank you

    Figured out prtected mode has been set to enabled at startup. Turned off power and no more than problems.

    Hello

    Around that, the only way is to get the AMEX password so that you can open the PDF file. As you have discovered, ExportPDF cannot process files that are protected by Word.

  • Convert editable PDF read-only when the Envoy in an email - JavaScript

    I have a real estate company that is trying to have an application that an agent and the customer can fill in the necessary information, press "submit" button, have the javascript code to compose an email with the attached pdf file.  Here's the question I'm having: I need to be able to convert the editable PDF reading only so that when the client receives a copy that they can not change the information again.

    Here is my code for the Send button javascript:

    It's the return of form e-mail. It is hardcoded

    to make the form comes back to the same address.

    Change of address on your form to match the code below

    Email business

    var cToAddr = " " [email protected] "; "

    First of all, download the customer email CC

    var cCCAddr = this.getField("1st_Tenant_Email").value;

    If (cCCAddr! = "")

    Download now the second email only if it is filled

    var cBenAddr = this.getField("2nd_Tenant_Email").value;

    If (cBenAddr! = "")

    Get now the third E-mail only if it is filled

    var cthirdAddr = this.getField("3rd_Tenant_Email").value;

    If (cthirdAddr! = "")

    Set text object and the body of the e-mail message

    var cSubLine = 'Test - form of contract '.

    var cbody = "thank you for submitting your form. \n' + 'save the attachment of the completed form for your records.

    Send the PDF as an attachment to an e-mail

    this.mailDoc ({bUI: true, cTo: cToAddr, cCc: (cCCAddr + ";")})

    (+_cBenAddr_+_";"_+_cthirdAddr), bassujetti: cSubLine, CMSG: cbody});

    I found a work around because I didn't buy something else. I changed the digital signature so that once it has been signed, it would turn into read-only except for the Send button. With the button send, I used the code above to submit the pdf now read-only for the company by e-mail and cc tenants.  I hope this will help others also.

  • How can I save by iPad 3 when the screen is black and nothing appears?

    How can I save my iPad in ITunes or iCloud 3 when the screen is black and nothing appears?

    Is the empty screen, because just the screen is broken, or is the iPad just dead? Have you tried a soft-reset/reboot it?

    At least you can see what you touch on the screen of the iPad, you cannot force a backup to iCloud.

    If the iPad still works and is connected to wifi, a backup should automatically happen (if iCloud backups are enabled) if it is connected and the locked screen.
