    Hello

While 64-bit Vista is not listed on there, the latest version of Flash Player, 18.0.0.160, will always install on it.

What does "does not average"?  It installs correctly, but the Flash content is not displayed?  Using the browser Internet Explorer 32-bit or 64-bit?

    Hello

The Flash Player download page (get.adobe.com/flashplayer) automatically detects the language/region, your system is configured for and displays the text located in the language/region. There is a single installer that takes supported languages supported, so there isn't an English installation only we can provide you.  If you want that the text in English, change your language/region so that it displays in English.  It is based on the language/region of the system settings.

  • Once I downloaded the new version of Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.262, I can not play games with my friends on Yahoo Messenger.

It could be a coincidence, but when I upgraded to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.262 I can not play games with my friends on Yahoo Messenger. I know that when I've updated for a reason that I had to try 3 times before it took. It shows that it is updated. I wonder if I have to uninstall and reinstall. Also, I never use Internet Explorer 8 but when I went there to check I found a plug check link there and it showed over there that Adobe Flash Player necessary update but it was an older version and not a Foxfire had updated me too. Now I'm really confused if it causes a problem. I've never had to control Internet Explorer for plug-ins before. Have always just updated to Foxfire since that's what I use. Adobe Flash Player seems to play videos OK not really sure if this is the issue or not. My Java plug-ins have been very well and have been updated some time there, so I know it's not that. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey again,
After hours of reading and checking to make sure I had good things enabled, I did, I gave up and uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, they gave me and re-installed and later I had my friend get on Messenger and we tried games and it worked this time.
For some strange reason when I updated it took me 3 tries before it took. So even if he told me that it has been installed, apparently it wasn't really. Just goes to show you that you can not trust what you see.
What has really scratching my head was I went to Internet Explorer 8, which I never use more and discovered you can now get Mozilla plug in slip out there and when I did showed that same Adobe Flash Player is outdated but it was to a different version. Not knowing if it would help, I installed a new too and he said it was his understanding that it does not. So I guess you can have 1 version installed on the computer 1 despite 2 browsers different different versions. It becomes too complicated for me. Laughing out loud!
I work with computers all the time at work but not the technical stuff. If it's something simple, I can guess through it to help someone but it's my first personal computer for me and is a former first, so I got experience using different types. We use the desk at work as well. Personally, I like computers laptops for various reasons. And the mention of people many browsers go way over my head.
Please answer this question though and you answer back.

  • How can I get Firefox 4 to recognize that I have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player

Firefox 4 refuses to play video clips. I get a box telling me that I have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I just downloaded 10.3 and is yet to play video clips.

You do not have Flash installed for Firefox. If you did you would see "Shockwave Flash (version number)" under modules > Plugins. You can see the Plugins reported with your question; Click on 'more system info... '. "to the right of your original question.

There are 2 versions of Flash, a single IE (ActiveX version) and for most other browsers like Firefox (plug-in version). You must update each individually.

    To install or update Flash:

    1. using Firefox download and save Flash from this link (save to your desktop; easier for you to find): get.adobe.com/flashplayer
    2. When the download is complete, close Firefox (click Firefox > exit OR file > exit, if you use the Menu bar)
    3. Click or double-click the file that you just downloaded
    4. on the left side of the installation window, place a check in the box "I have read and agree."
    5. Click the Install button at the bottom right of the installation window. It comes on after you put the check mark in the previous step
    6. Let the complete installation; It's fast
    7. using Firefox to test your installation of Flash here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
    8. for IE, repeat the process, but use IE to go to the site in step 1.

Not related to your question, but...

    You must update some plug-ins:

  • Do not have the correct version of Adobe Flash Player than internet Explorer installed FIR...

    Use: HP Deskjet F4480

Message: "HP Solution Center has determined that you don't have the correct version of Adobe Flash Player installed for Internet Explorer. You can easily download and install this application for Internet Explorer to... "followed by a link to the page update Flash

I first saw this message a couple a days ago, so I went and update of Flash Player using the link in the quoted error... fine & dandy until I went online and then remembered WHY I didn't have the latest version of Flash PLayer installed! I use a back on Flash version because the latest version crashes in Mozilla Firefox. If I update Flash Player for IE (that I don't use really), it gives me all the time that I use Firefox just Flash crash errors.

At this point, I suppose that there is an update for the HP Solution Center that started to search for a particular version of Flash Player?

I have team around and can find no current solution for this. Is there a way I can roll the Solution Center back then it stops looking for what version he thinks I need? Link? I'm a bit of a fix because I just installed new ink & can't calibrate or scan.

My Flash Player is version 10 because it is stable in Firefox.

There is unfortunately no way to roll back the installation of the software for Solution Center, unless you happen to have the disc that came with the printer or an earlier version of the software downloaded to your computer. The HP website only includes the latest version of the software. If you still had the drive, you can uninstall the software and reinstall from the disc, which would have the old version of the solution to this topic Center.

  • How can I find the version of Adobe Flash Player installed on my Mac

    1. How can I find the version of Adobe Flash Player installed on my Mac?  I'm on OS 10.11.5 and Safari 9.1.1.
    2. How can I determine if I need to update Adobe Flash Player

There are several different methods to check which version is installed, two of them are:

    Option 1:

    • Go to System Preferences > Flash Player > Updates tab.  There are 2 variants of Flash Player on Mac, NPAPI for Safari and Firefox and PPAPI for opera and Chrome browsers, and both appear in the tab "Updates".
    • If Flash Player is installed the version installed is listed here.  If there is a version that is listed, click the check now button and Flash Player will check for an update.  If an update is available, a notification dialog box appears.
    • If there is not a version listed, Flash Player is not installed.  Click Install now to start the browser to the download page.  Download and install Flash Player.

    Option 2:

    • Launch the browser and go to https://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about.

      • If Flash Player is not installed, a "plugin missing" message appears when the Flash content should display.

        • Click on the "plugin missing" text and a window placard showing Flash Player is required poster.
        • Click more info to be directly to the download page to download and install Flash Player
      • If a previous version of Flash Player is detected and blocked by Safari, click on the "Outdated Flash" text and displays a windows Flash is obsolete screens.  Click on download Flash... button to be redirected to the download page to download and install the latest version.
  • Google Chrome (Dev channel) using the old version of Adobe Flash Player

I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem regarding the browser Google Chrome Dev (Version 45.0.2438.3 dev - m (64 bit)) using an old version of Flash Player? Here are the details from the Plugins page. I have 18.0.0.205 beta installed (by ActiveX, NPAPI, PPAPI) However, these are the versions of 32-bit. Chrome will not give me access to any other plugin for flash player other than what is shown below. As far as I know the latest public version of the Chrome browser is 18.0.0.203?

There the stand-alone installers for 64-bit flash players, because I have not met one of these? Not sure if Chrome doesn't is more pick up these plugins being installed because of this be a later version of the channel dev, or be a 64 bit version now. Thank you in advance for any input.

  • The new version of Adobe Flash Player 11.5.502.110 does not display the images in the flash animation.

In the new version of Adobe Flash Player 11.5.502.110 the images are not displayed. In previous versions, they are displayed. Tested on multiple computers. It is not a local problem. It is a problem for Adobe. The bad news is that the first versions are very hard to find and reinstall.

Many tested systems. And all browsers.

    scrinshot has now become.jpgscrinshot previously.jpg

There is now no big picture.

  • Some web pages ask to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Why?

I use Windows 8.1 and 10.0 on different desktops and laptops, and I have the same response to certain web pages. I have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (19) installed.

(Shockwave) Flash Player is not among the list of Plugins that you have on your system, your system details more right of the post.

Note: the ActiveX of Flash Player for IE version only works in IE and not other browsers.

    https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
Download Firefox completely Plugin-based browsers versions and then install Flash.

  • Why I can't install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on Firefox 18.0.0.232?

I tried and tried to get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on Firefox, but it won't take. Tried through update on the plugin page, tried through the Adobe Web site and still no luck. I listed 18.0.0.232 version on my desktop, but it does not appear on Firefox. Anyone has an idea why not?

You can download the 18.0.0.232 version here.
    https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

    Desinstaller.209 and then installer.232.

BTW, Firefox needs a different version of Flash that IE uses and different from the one that use Chrome.
