Issue of MRR - how many neighbors?

Nobody knows how many neighbors a need for AP in order to hear for MRR manage its power output?

I installed a few networks of LWAPP AP (4.x & 5.x) and they seem to be just sitting here outside of blasting at full power.

The sites usually studied for Cisco LWAPP deployments. The channel configuration looks OK (1,6,11) supported, but the power is just full volume.

I wondered if the question is perhaps not just proximity to a neighbor of the AP, but maybe the number of neighbors an AP can hear?

Any clarificatrion would be appreciated.

Thank you

Nigel.

a good rule is - 70 between all the APs. This allows most customers to be-65 or more. "Each access point should hear at least 2 other APs-75 or better for auto RF working properly", was the old way to assign appropriate LWAPP density.

  • How many times should I stop my MacBook Air

I have a MacBook Air (early 2014), with a processor i5 and 4 GB of RAM. It will be 2 years from November 2016. Summer's going hard for me for a while now and works very well without any problems. I use applications like Final Cut, Motion 5 and Xcode and I am satisfied with the performance of such a light machine.

Apart from the information on my Mac, I have a question about proper use to optimize the performance and life of it. How many times have I stopped him? I use my Mac a day should I allow to sleep when I do not use as it has little effect on the battery and allows me to pick up where I left off. Should I only stopped when loading or is it okay to sleep by loading too? Should I stopped him every month or so or just during the software updates as I prefer to leave is majority of sleep of the time it won't have a long amount of time without me using it.

    Hi @jnepoore,

Now, I'm not 100% certain, but I'm sure that the digital imaging monitor is not necessary. However it helps maintain a constant communication between the printer and the software. Take a look at what I found:

    Posted by rnfolsom

Picardjc wrote that "Digital imaging monitor is part of the HP software that communicates with your HP printer. This program allows to read the ink levels, get an out of paper message, scan from the device to the computer and so on. Its not necessary, but it will limit the use of printers if you delete. "Understood. But for my printer HP Officejet Pro 8000 A809a, what is the purpose of having the digital imaging monitor icon in the taskbar Windows7 sp1 of the Notification area (aka system tray)? My A809a is NOT an all-in-one that includes a scanner; It is simply a very good printer. When I start to print something, if you need ink or paper, that information is displayed on the screen of my computer. So I ask again: why is the icon of monitor digital imaging on the taskbar? I clicked on at the time of this icon (I not print anything, but as usual, the printer is turned on), and nothing happened. R.N. (Roger) Folsom

P.S., Below I'll post some other discussions (with links to their locations) of the digital imaging monitor, I discovered before finding this site on which I am writing. There are a variety of opinions on what makes the digital imaging monitor. HP Digital Imaging Monitor is for HP director system tray access. This is necessary if you want to use the buttons of all-in-one on a HP printer all in one to scan documents or transfer photos from a camera manually. Closing the icon monitor HP digital imaging in the Windows system tray can cause the HP all-in-one to lose part of its scanning features and not the connection error message. In this case, you can restore all functionality by restarting the computer or by starting the HP digital imaging monitor. Re: WITHDRAWAL HP Digital Imaging Monitor Systray? [Edited] 03/08/2011 14:05 - edited? 03/08/2011 14:08 Yes, it is safe to remove. In my view, it is usually in the program group under start / all programs / startup. Simply navigate under the Start button, right-click on it and delete! If it is not there, then remove it from the registry: run regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete it from the list in the right pane. If she is not there, then try hkey_current_user\\software\\microsoft\\windows\\currentversion\\run it's better than using msconfig and uncheck it. In my opinion, msconfig must always be set to Normal startup. Your printer will always print without that annoying obstructive utility called Digital Imaging Monitor. Ciao! I know that the information is specific to Windows 7, but the bottom line is, no, there is no need to run all the time. Registry keys are significantly different for XP as they are for Windows 7 while blurb does not apply. I just copied the post in its entirety for you to read through.

Another thing to consider is uninstall the software and then download and install the base driver.

Please let me know if this is useful, or if you have any other questions. I'm happy to do my best to help.

How many times should I scan my computer?

    Hello

Please go to the Microsoft Community Forums.
Description of the question, we understand that the virus scan is not recognized by the anti-virus software.
Let me go ahead and help you with the issue.

Please answer these questions, which will help us to help you best.
    1. which Antivirus software is installed on the computer?
    2. don't you make changes to the computer before the show?

I want to tell you that you should scan your computer for viruses with an antivirus up-to-date product at least once a week. If you access the Internet very often, you must scan your computer regularly. Most antivirus products are able to automate the analyses at regular intervals.

Also, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the anti-virus program and check if it helps.
    Check out the link:
How to uninstall antivirus or antispyware programs?
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/how-do-i-uninstall-antivirus-or-antispyware-programs
Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.
In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

I hope this helps. If you have any other queries/issues related to Windows, write us and we will be happy to help you further.

  • Question - How many computers can the license I have install on?

How many versions I may run on my driver's license. I PS4, 5 and 6 and am upgrading to CC.  I have all three on my Mac at home and my work MacBook Pro.  Can I also put PS5 and 6 on my home MacBook.

  • How many pages is too

When the merger of the files is there a limit to how many pages can be sucessfully merged to send to a printer?

Is it possible to compress more 10,000 pages to ensure printability?

PDF files supported a large number of pages regarding the structure of the file (it depends on how complex that is on each page, but you can easily have more 1 million pages in a single file). The issue is that the memory management - Acrobat is a 32-bit application, so it runs very slowly if the files are very large, and there is a limit on the size of the spool to the printer (and of course the paper tray!).

  • I need to know how many objects that I am chosen

    Hi all

I need to know how many objects I am selected for a particular issue, and ussualy is too many to count them one by one. I know that this information is given in other software such as Corel or Freehand, but I have not found how to get this info in Illustrator.

    Any idea?

    Thank you

Open the palette of information Document.

In the context menu, turn on selection only and objects.

The palette not remember these settings. You must reselect the whenever you restart Illustrator.

The Document Info palette is a hack demi-cuite, tagged-on to display a subset of the information in the window of the normally hidden programmer, rather than incorporate the data correctly in the interface of the program. It is therefore an another catch-all completely intuitive information that everyone needs, but nobody would expect to get there.

  • EqualLogic PS5000 - how many LUNS

We just bought a Dell Equallogic PS5000 to connect to our virtual machine environment.  We will connect only ESX host (3 of them) to the Equallogic.  The guest VM will use local storage to ESX, but all virtual machines running on the hosts will get their memory by the Equallogic.

The question is: how many LUNs we set up on the PS5000?  What determines how many LUNS are necessary?

    Thanks for any information.

    "tuck,

    > We need to have an another LUN for snapshots of server (equallogic)?

N ° when you create a volume on your Equallogic SAN, it will default again reserve the same amount of space for the snapshots. At any time, you can increase or decrease this placeholder. If you use this placeholder the default action is to delete the oldest snapshot.

    > Can initially set you 1 LUN with a limited amount of space (say 1.5 to) then expand out more later if necessary and add additional LUNS required?

Yes, but you can't do that. Yes, you can create a volume of 1.5 TB and later it increases the size, but it is the new size will be automatically recognized by the operating system. I do not think hand VMFS (VMware f system Island) will stretch to see increased at all space, so your option here is to create a second volume with the point and creating a large volume. The downside of this is that something happened to one of the targets in a store of data scopes ALL data are lost. I agree that extended are bad - they placed there, and there, they must be kept.

However, lets say, you know that in the future a specific target (LUN) must be bigger, but because you have only 7 TB of space you can not afford to provide it is all he needs. For example a fileshare, you know over time people are just going to store more and more, it's where you could introduce a large volume, say 2 TB, but it would only consume as much space as the data required stored summer, as more data is written more space is necessary. This is called a provisioning, this is a double-edged sword. If you have too use a provisioning by presenting each volume as finely put into service and so this 70 TB of storage of your 7TB dashboard, what you can do, but if you neglect to submit buy a req to buy and additional storage beyond the gates 7TB before starting the people write about it, you will cause yourself some pain as the operating systems do not like been said they can not write no more!

Do take a step back and figure out your available LUN, but have no more thing, with Storage VMotion, you can always move VMs. I would advise against the creation of a LARGE volume and stick all your virtual machines on it, rather I would stick with volumes ~ 500GB and spread them out. Don't let some soft space by volume for the use of snapshots of the virtual computer.

    > Are affected LUNS based on some hard disks, storage or both?

It is not clear to me what is your question here, please provide details, but to confuse the Equallogic issue tables do not have LUNs, but presents goals, but I think that your point of view it is not a difference.

You may want to get a copy of http://www.amazon.com/VMware-Infrastructure-Advanced-Technical-Operations/dp/0971151083

Regarding the RAID configuration, if you feel that you are wrong, you can always change it without data loss, you can set per LUN or let it default to what you choose for the entire table.

    Good luck.

  • How many license needed for our projects

    Hello

We have help .chm (plane) WebHelp Pro. I wonder how many licenses I would need / what would be the best practice for our aid projects. I can't find a clear answer in the documentation for it.

We have 3 main products PMS, POS, and CRM.
    Each product is multi lingual.

Therefore, we have a project for each product and language combination.
    -Help the PMS English
    -Dutch PMS help
    -PMS German help
-Ditto for the POS, CRM product.

As each project is for a different product and language, we should not merge of these projects. If I understand the installation documentation, then I have an engine with different projects that are not merged, or I can have a different license for each of them.

-What is the best practice? One or more licenses?
-What are the pros and con's of each?

Furthermore, we use RoboHelp X 5, the box has an upgrade to 'Office pro for .net' sticker and the cd has RoboEngine for .net (o listed version number).

    Hi, Colum and John-Pierre
Akshay post on the Tech Comm blog was a very pleasant surprise for me. During the beta-test and written my article for the Developer Network site.
http://www.Adobe.com/devnet/RoboHelp/articles/rhserver.html I missed this and he did not understand.

This is terrible news that HR Server 6 no longer has the "License Manager" in Configuration Manager.

This means that all the people who wanted to have projects with separate reports can now do without having to pay another $1,000 + for another license (as they did at the time of eHelp/Macromedia!) So now you can just put in place of the IIS Web sites and point your Configuration manager on a new Web site, and it configures the new server site. This will help the author create reports only to that site without having to pay extra.

It is a performance of "sleeper" gigantic that has gone right in front of me. Akshay also addresses the issue of John-Pierre on Ports.
    Thank you
    John
