• Impossible to reinstall streets & trips 2013 after having updated the Pro Surface

  In the pursuit of another problem reported to the Community ( http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/surfpro-surfhardware/trackpad-stops-working-shift-key-fixes-it/9c7cb363-bdc4-40c3-8fbb-48121f6d0415 ) I "refreshed" my Surface Pro (i.e. made an OS reinstall without wipe all user state).

  Since the update removes all traditional Windows applications, I reinstalled those applications after the update. Unfortunately, streets & trips 2013 "installed", but the resulting program fails when booting with the message «error initializing license has occurred, 0xC004D301.»

  None of the remedies for this condition suggested worked for me. It is time "all delete and reinstall Windows.

  Except if anyone in this community can provide a way to solve the streets & trips license initialization problem, I suggest that anyone running streets should uninstall it before proceeding with a "refresh". This seems quite likely to avoid this problem.

  I installed the version trial of Microsoft Streets & trips 2013 and wonder why the cards are not updated?

  I live in Edmonton, the Canada and noted that the "ring road" learned by Hyway # 216, or called "Anthony Henday" does not appear in the North section?

  Now the "ring road" has been there on the West side of the North of the city of Edmonton for more then 2 years, it appears in the land of google maps/google earth and mapquest. "."

  Now I was really curios on when the 2013 version of Microsoft Streets and Trips would be updated to show this, and more is there so no other road in Canada as in the United States that is not on this last version?

• Streets & trips 2013 details download installation problems...

  The installation seems to work, but the program may not be running.  Control Panel verifies that the software is installed (1.8 GB) while the installer has not created an S & T normal ICON and the software cannot be loaded even by clicking on the executable file in the program directory files. I have installed/uninstalled the program several times.  Turned off Norton antivirus and firewall and Windows Firewall protection. Restarted again and again. Nothing has worked...

  -Error message: "cannot find a network share or removable device, the DVD is not in the drive or installing this application is damaged.  Make sure that the drive you installed is attached, the DVD is in the drive, your network is connected, or run the installation again from its original installed location. (5-40003-6) ".

  ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM YET?

  I down loaded the iternet 2011, I have not a dvd drive only a cd drive.  I can run 2011, but cannot save it, I have to keep my old 2002 streets & trips disc in the cd drive.

• missing file of streets & trips 2013

  Downloaded MS Sreets & travel 2013 5/8/13.  Result facilities repeated 'success' in the same mistake this "mfc100.dll" file is missing when trying to start the application.  Error is associated with this d-load/application only.   Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
